Great service
Great service, kept me informed on the progress of my swimming ear plugs. Fast delivery.
I had a issue with water coming in, I got intouch with the company and they were brilliant. I got a video call with a man called Wes and he showed me how to put them in properly.
Would definitely recommend

They don't listen.
My earplug speakers are great (tested using mobile phone). Good fit and seem to work brilliantly.
A local audiologist made ear canal moulds, which I paid for, extra.
BUT, I also needed a particular walky-talky fitting. Despite several photos and written descriptions of the correct type of fitting, the fitting included is of a completely different type. £250 for an Ultimate Ear, radio-comms system, plus £50 for ear moulds. I've still got a useless system two weeks later.

This is my second set of Ultimate Ear ear plugs. The quality of the ear plugs are excellent, I will not use anything else. The service is 100% first class. Highly recommend

Second time I have ordered side…
Second time I have ordered side sleeping ear plugs and it was very simple as they already had my ear impressions. Took about 2 weeks to arrive which was fine for me.

Excellent Setvice
Ultimate Ear make excellent quality in ear headphones. I recently had an issue with my set, requiring a modification to improve fit. The turnaround was quick and the fit is now perfect. Highly recommended.

I was a non beliver
I was a non beliver. Motorsport deafness is a thing. You do need to hear what is going on around you. Those tell tale signs of a rattling engine or gearbox just before it expires. Cracked exhaust pipe blowing. My custom fitted plugs solve all that. Starting a v10 f1 engine is not a nice place to have your ears. These take out the high end ear piercing noise. Still able to talk to others and hear them. I have recommended to a number of colleagues and they have ordered theirs.
