Fantastic product, professionally made and great customer service.

Brilliant start to finish. Arranged the audiologist (£30) near to my house who knew what he was doing. Then sent the moulds off and 3 weeks later got my soundear plugs. About £200 all in but well worth it. Fit perfectly and shut out almost all noise. I use the sound plugs on volume 1 and it’s plenty loud enough. Ordered another set for use without speakers in as i am so happy with them. Ultimatey i should have got these along with my bike licence many thousand miles ago..

Absolutely blown away with how good my sound ear pros are. Wow, they sound amazing, they fit amazing, they block the wind noise but I can still hear my bike. Just brilliant. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at ultimate ear.

Fantastic product. I have two pairs of moulded ear plugs now. A standard pair and one with Bluetooth connectivity. Brilliant piece of kit.
The service is second to none. They keep you informed as where your perchance is within production and an estimated delivery date.

An excellent product. I have both a pair of the Squidgy and The Bluetooth Sound Ear Pro buds. I got both of these for wearing while on my motorbike in July 2025. The sound quality of the Sound Ear Pro is so good and with the noise reduction, makes listening to music, turn by turn directions and podcasts so good. I use these when mowing the grass, using my chain saw and leaf blower. The Squidgy are even more comfortable and once in, I forget they are there. Best ear plugs I have ever had.

The ear plug fit comfortable, hardly norice them when wearing them the sound quality on the heads is good, comms chat and music and clear, it is slightly baffeling not hearing any surround noise, does make you be more aware to whats going on arround you

Excellent experience with Ultimate Ear from ordering to delivery of motorcyclist sound ear plugs.
I've now had my ear plugs for a month and have used them several times. Some as just ear plugs which do keep out a large amount of noise but nothing compared to having my comms also fitted when I had that. I had no ringing or discomfort in my ears. I don't know they're there and have to be careful not to take my helmet off too fast as I have the 500mm cable option. Very happy customer

Speedy service and a product that just works. For gigs, it's like having access to a master switch that turns all the volume down equally instead of sticking your head in a bucket of water. You do have to lubricate the plugs so not as easy to put in as generic plugs but a small price to pay to protect my hearing and prevent my tinnitus getting worse than it already is
