I have bought a few items from ultimatesddons and very pleased with the quality of there products.

Excellent communication and fast posting. A great addition to my motorcycle, easy to fit and performs well.

I am on my second unit. The first one I used with Android & it was 100% good.

Then I switched to iPhone. This is more a problem with iPhone tbh, but be warned!

The new Ultimateaddons unit, which specifically fits my iPhone Pro Max, just doesn't really work in heavy rain. The screen starts to launch things such as the keyboard settings as you ride along, as if I'm touching it. Also the satnav keeps on launching the 'end or resume journey' pop-up, which if you dont keep on touching it to 'resume' then causes the satnav to close. This happens almost every 1 minute or less as you ride along in heavy rain at speeds above 50mph.

Secondly, every time I use it in heavy rain I get the iPhone 'moisture in the charging port' warning.

It was not like this when I first got the unit so it has to be an issue with the touchscreen plastic material deteriorating to the point it is now simply un-usable in rain.

I am now investigating a permanent fixed screen I can use via Apple CarPlay as it seems there's no real way to use an iPhone in bad weather for more than a few minutes & if the Ultimateaddons case doesn't work, then no other ones will as these are the best of all the products on the market imo.

Wanted to mount my phone to my bike to use as a satnav. Wasn't sure exactly how was going to work best so ordered several different types of attachments. Once I had worked out what I thought was best I was able to return the unwanted parts for a full refund.
Excellent customer service & the mount/case worked brilliantly on a recent trip abroad.
Can't comment on the longevity of the products, but so far so good.

Timely arrival of product and when I didn't understand what one of the components was for included in the package I got a prompt reply.
Does what it says on the tin.

A good product but they are a pain to open with a big chance of dropping phone

Ordered a Tough Case for my iPhone to go on my motorbike. Very quick service , arrived within 2 days and the quality of the product is excellent!

I recieved/ordered wrong plug fir my ducati . Marked them down on trust pilot but service from them was absolutely top draw sorting the problem out and sending a replacement without delay

So easy to pick what you need on the web site.
Package arrived though was missing one important part, contacted Ultimate Addons by email and the part arrived in the post day after.
How ever the phone case for some reason developed a broken catch so will have to contact again for a replacement.

Innovative product with huge flexibility

Bought the same product for my old iPhone 13 now onto the 15 never had an issue with the old case on my motorcycle don’t expect any with this one either.
Delivery quick and packed well.
