Well the top clamp is brilliant so easy to fit , the case is a bit fidley to open but I'll get used to it in time.seems to be very solidly built bit of kit very pleased with it,came in a couple of days so everything good, might buy the heated grips next

I saw one of the phone cases which was on my mates new Voge and was really impressed with it, so decided to buy one myself. It arrived in a timely fashion, well packaged. I’m really happy with how well made and sturdy it is so absolutely no complaints whatsoever with regard to the quality. My Google Pixel Pro fits nicely in the XXL version.

What I am peeved about though (hence 4*, not 5) is having done a specific web search for Ultimate Addons phone case (which is what I was looking for!) there was no mention of a 5% discount for a first order. A day or two later, if I just searched Ultimate Addons, it took me to a sponsored search result (which presumably they have to pay for) which did offer 5% off. I also paid for postage but with hindsight (again), there are a number of retailers that seem to be selling their products with free delivery. If i ever buy anything else of theirs , I’ll be a bit less enthusiastic before leaping straight into a purchase and do a bit more research.

Annoying but not massive in the big scheme of things - “caveat emptor” and all that.

I've always found Ultimate Addons to be extraordinarily helpful, and the (Australian?) lady (sorry, forgot her name) I dealt with today was no exception.

However don't understand why no case for Samsung s22 as its a popular phone ,was advised to get i phone case ,which Samsung s22 does fit but of course the positioning of buttons on case not for Samsung

Prompt delivery. Easy to wire into the bike and mount with cable ties. Convenient phone charger. On-off switch and light to show when it’s on are helpful.

My initial experience was a bit poor pre purchase, "Chat bot not very good at assisting me. Never got response to enquiry referred to a human. Ended ordering on guess work and online review info.", but Ultimateaddons were quick to reach out with offers of assistance post purchase from this platform. Thankful no further assistance was required and my ordering/research resulted in the correct product. A Samsung A50 fits nicely in an XXL A series case no issues even though measuring shows a phone of 168.5 (case shows as 168) there is a good 1-2mm tolerance.

Overall the product is very good and the waterproofing was a major selling point for myself, admittedly only tested currently with summer showers. The charger port with the provided cable is also water tight and this is critical for my very old phone that struggles to hold charge when doing things like satnaving.

I was also very plesently surprised by the responsiveness of screen through the case as well. The inclusion of a small lanyard for the case is a welcome addition for short off bike moments but due to the cases size I swap my phone back to a more work friendly case while at work and/or not geared up.

I would add to carefully consider your mounting choices as the case will increase the size of your phone by a good 10mm in all directions.
I went with the handle bar attachment, but found my older Tracer 700 accessory bar to be a better option for my riding position, and handle bar mount "U" fittings also fitted here easily, which I had hoped.

Having shown this off to the less commuter focused riders of the office they are now considering their options for satnav utilising this product rather than a dedecated platform or competitor system with no water proofing.

One small negative (or positive depending on you exercise goals) for people who use their phone for measuring steps is the phone will measure some of the vibrations as activity so my commute now results in an easy 6-7k step boost before any major activity on my own part.

I have been using the Dango for over a year. It has been consistently reliable and has never fallen off whilst being used. The only issue I have found is the extension broke but I was able to use an old piece I had. I also used a bit of Velcro stuck to the clip and the inside of my helmet.

I like the practicality and simple use and I can also use it off the helmet. I bought a second one because I left my first one in Ukraine.

I saw the item I required online, the price was good and on ordering it arrived within a couple of days. It was well made and fitted my satnav mount on my motorbike perfectly 👌
