UK Roller Shutters Anmeldelser

Always a pleasure using UK Roller Shutters.
Very professional with excellent communication.

I was sceptical at first as didn't think the shutters would work for my home, however once I got the quotes and saw from the socials the work done i decided to go for it, turned out cheaper than I expected and the work was done to a fantastic standard.

Would recommend to anyone considering shutters over conventional garage doors.

We had Jason and the team come and do some work for us and I have got 0 complaints I spoke to Jason from the company and from the minute I spoke to him he was professional polite and excited to help us and advise. The team was no more than professional to say the least every one of them was polite and a craftsmen of their game. Keep up the good work lads and thanks for the help and all the laughs you made us feel comfortable around you all. We finally feel safe and secure in our premises

Faultless. Fast comms with the office, engineer was punctual, friendly yet professional and clearly very knowledgable. Reasonably priced ontop of this too - highly recommend.

Excellent survey and installation .best of all wxcellent product

Our school have two auto roller shutters which were serviced by UK Roller Shutters. They arrived at the agreed time and completed the works in a timely manner. The engineer was helpful, explained the various tasks he was completing and cleaned the entire work area upon completion.

Excellent service from start to finish
Great service and communication from Adam and the team at UKRS, from initial contact through communication, scheduling, on-site work and follow-up. Many thanks - would wholeheartedly recommend.

Arrived promptly following initial call to repair damaged warehouse shutter.
Removed damaged parts so we could continue warehouse operations immediately and returned as booked a few days later with replacement parts which were fitted within half an hour

UK roller shutters installed our shutter in 2024 and have serviced the shutter this year. They were very helpful, efficient, easy to work with and professional when on site.

We have worked with UK roller shutters on multiple projects. Everyone is always very helpful and projects are always delivered up to standard,

We recently worked with UK Roller Shutters on a roller shutter installation in Colchester. Although there were some challenges with the existing opening, they were extremely accommodating and helpful in ensuring our client got exactly what they needed within a very tight deadline. A great team to deal with, and we’d be more than happy to work with them again in the future.

Uk supplied and fitted a roller shutter for me on a project in Hampshire, great service start to finish
Will be using them again

we've been using this company to service the roller shutters of the premises for a few years now and they're always been on point. Might not be the cheapest but they get the job done properly and timely and also good at communicating

Beware of unexpected costs when dealing with this company. While their engineers are reputedly trained to a high standard, Roller Shutter Services Ltd fails to take responsibility for issues that arise. It's imperative to keep a close eye on proceedings and carefully review all worksheets before signing. I advise potential customers to read other reviews before considering this company.

Brilliant service from the initial enquiry to installation
Kept me updated through every step of the process.
Really happy with the finished look, makes the garage look a million dollars.
Defiantly recommend

Do not use this company. Poor installation, broke the sensor light, left wires in a pile and I had to pay for an electrician to tidy up, large gaps around the edges not sealed. After much persuasion they came out to fix the door three times under warranty. The first time the motor had burnt out and they told me it was the switch. The second time the door hadn’t been fitted high enough and pulled the seal off the door when opening it. The problems persists and they won’t come to fix without paying £195 callout even though the problem pre-existed before the shutter was out of warranty. Now they are not replying to emails. Fitting and aftercare is appalling. If you are looking for a Roller shutter, look somewhere other than this company.

Had a chartwell green electric garage door fitted about 2 months ago. Looks great and functions perfectly. Didn’t realise you could get so excited about a garage door! I would highly recommend UK Roller Shutters, excellent service.
