We recently had roller shutters installed on our site, and I was very impressed with the service from start to finish.

The site installation team were professional, helpful and proactive throughout. They took responsibility for their work, communicated well with the site team and were very conscious of maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Their approach to health and safety was particularly impressive. They worked in a controlled and responsible manner, followed the necessary procedures and ensured the installation was completed without compromising safety or disrupting the site unnecessarily.

Overall, a really positive experience. The team were reliable, approachable and clearly took pride in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for future installations.

I have been working alongside UK Roller Shutters for a little over a year now and I couldn't recommend them enough!
The office are always professional and reliable, always help me out with questions and queries and they seem to bend over backwards for both their customers and subcontractors.
I have both serviced and installed shutters for them and everything is always organised extremely well and drawings are double checked. Every shutter I have fit has always been extremely well made and exactly to spec.

For 3 years I suffered a roller shutter that continually malfunctioned. A succession of trades came and fixed it for a while without getting to the root cause. I contacted UK Roller Shutters and from the first phone call to the engineers fitting a new shutter yesterday the customer service has been exemplary. Living in west Wales it is sometimes difficult to get specialist trades. I highly recommend UK Roller Shutters- they couldn’t have done more. Chris

Engineer Barry arrived on time, explained the installation process and finished well within the time frame quoted. Very neat worker, all packaging and old door removed from site .Explained the contents of the user manual and demonstrated the features of door very happy with shutter door would use anyone other then UKRS
