We have rented a caravan twice now through Tom and Emma and again we turned up and the caravan was out of this world , it was outstanding , clean , organised , the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept on and everything we needed for our long weekend stay , Tom and Emma are also on hand for any queries and strive to sort any problem as soon as they can , would highly recommend and will definitely continue to use North Wales Holiday Rentals

My goodness, this caravan we stayed in was fantastic.you could actually live in it, it had everything you needed, so spacious. Gorgeous decor, kitchen/diner, huge decking and seating area. King size bed! 2 bathrooms, which I find with children is ideal! We didn’t want to leave and have asked if this is free again we will defibaltey stay again!! Thanks Emma & Tom!! X

Stayed in the lodge it was amazing, lovely comfy beds, very clean and beds made up on arrival, easy to connect to wifi, lovely outdoor area and beautiful kitchen all utensils all there that u need, 😊 happy carnt wait to come back next year

A huge thanks for providing a beautiful caravan and lovely holiday, especially going above and beyond coming out on Tues night when we were having some issues with the shower, really appreciated it.

Recently stayed on our 2nd family trip in one of Tom and Emma’s north wales holiday rentals and again it was perfect! Stayed in the pet friendly Abi st David’s on winkups. The location was amazing and the van was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Like last time I will recommend to family and friends and definitely be back ourselves.

This is My 2nd Time booking with Tom and Emma, This was a last minute break away. The caravan was spotless. WiFi worked brilliant with our fire stick so definitely worth the money. This caravan is situated behind the club. It was perfect for us. Needed a later check out. Messaged Tom and Emma, who gladly accepted as the van was not booked out. And wasn't charged any extra. I have stayed in other vans and been charged for a later check out! We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Tom and Emma. Will see you soon.

It was a last minute thing as we was already in Wales and needed a caravan as soon as possible, one text message and I had the caravan, caravan was nice and clean couldn't ask for more they even went over to the van that night made the beds and put the heating on for me really can not fault them I will be 100% booking with them again

Our first time booking with Tom & Emma and they were both fantastic from the outset and throughout. They both work exceptionally hard to maintain the caravans and to ensure everything runs smoothly with their prompt replies! The van was absolutely stunning, perfect location and fantastic value for money! We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 children and they loved it that much they wanted to stay and extra night! We cannot wait to return in august! Hopefully to the same caravan. We absolutely loved our stay and miss it already! 100% recommend!

Just returned from a lovely weekend spent with family staying in the Monaco Duo Lodge absolutely stunning lodge has everything you could need and very clean. Just want to say thank you to Emma and Tom for our lovely thoughful welcoming gift it was much appreciated. These guys are fantastic from when we booked to when we arrived nothing is too much trouble for them and they answered any queries i had straight away. I would highly recommend booking through these guys we have in the past and will be again in the future. Thank you for everything untill next time xxxx

We have just returned from a long weekend in the beautiful Willerby Portland Lodge. Emma and Tom are absolutely fantastic. Always on hand for any questions and are more than happy to help. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you so so much for another amazing stay. We will be back next year 100% xxx

Second time staying in one of Tom and Emma’s caravans, and yet again it didn’t disappoint it was a really amazing caravan with everything you could possibly need including Sky TV. Would highly recommend weather it’s a short break or a week away thanks again for helping us make memories.

North wales holiday rentals took over management of our static caravan for us on the 9th of September 2023. From our initial meeting where we discussed what we wanted from them as a management company and what they expected from us as owners things improved 100%! Tom and Emma suggested things we should do to improve the van (easy changes). They are always on hand to answer and questions or issues that may crop up and having a reliable team like these two is absolutely invaluable when it comes to renting out our static. In the last 3 weeks our rate of bookings are up by 300% minimum and we don’t have to worry as we are in safe hands with this amazing team. I can’t recommend this company highly enough if you are like us and don’t have the time to deal with to day to day running of renting out a holiday home get in contact with this company and they will happily manage your rental for you and keep your van at the highest possible standard for you and your renters.

Brilliant caravan, so clean and comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. The site was super close to the sea and local attractions which was really convenient with us having a young child. It was super easy to collect the keys and check in, Tom and Emma were friendly and communicative throughout.

I had a great time staying in the Bluebird Sheraton caravan on Lyons Winkups. The decking was great for the dog, there was wifi and everything supplied. Plenty of space for us all and a dining table to eat at. The furniture was super comfortable and there was even outdoor furniture so I could have a coffee outside in the morning. The fair and pubs around the area were amazing with great arcades for the kids. Would definitely recommend and worth every penny

Stayed Friday to Monday had a great time away from the ground of life spent it with all my family not seen eachother in a while especially my kids and my brothers kids they had a great time bonding

Brilliant caravan lovely family ran company friendly helpfull even when we had power cut at 9pm one night nothing too much for them helped us get back up and running. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again second time booked. Caravan lovely would book again xx
