Very positive experience
Very positive experience. My order was delivered exactly as described, with nothing missing. Order process was easy. The only down side was it was delivered a day later than expected but this was more an issue with the courier.
The product seems to be of a good quality, regular lengths with a nice range of sizes. I just need to burn some now.

Hi Andrew
Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm sorry that Pallet Force delivered your goods a day late. On occasion things do happen outside of their control and goods can get delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding. I hope you enjoy the product, and it keeps you warm this winter.

Excellent website
Excellent website, easy to navigate.
Very good products, cost and quantity (we buy briquettes).Kept informed on delivery. Excellent customer care from Uk logs direct.
Sadly, the pallet delivery company kept us waiting one morning and one afternoon and couldn’t be bothered to let us know there was delay. However their driver was excellent . This is absolutely no criticism of UK logs direct.

A little letdown this season
We have been ordered from UKLogsDirect for years as they are good. However, this order we received wasn't as good as before. The half crate seems smaller or less logs in it comparing to last season. We hope they do better next time.
Delivery service was good as always.

Delivery came a day later than order.
Delivery came a day later than order., but as I’m retired it doesn’t really matter the driver was pleasant put the crate as I asked . There are a lot of small pieces this time and the bulk of logs are small compared to the last couple of years regards Paul

Highly Recommended !
This is the first time I've used UK Logs Direct. The logs shown in its advertisement appeared uniform, clean and well presented, which matched exactly what I was looking for. Price and prompt delivery were a bonus.
I normally purchase three or four loads each year and consider myself a regular user. It's always nice to be treated as a valued customer and with UK Logs Direct you can be sure that if you need any advice or concerns give them a call and they'll listen and make sure you're happy with your order.
I would certainly recommend UK Logs Direct !
