Delivery issues
Delivery issues; oak logs are good; delivery was problematic with having to stay at home 3 days before it was delivered; the delivery of the large crate was partially chucked into two random crates which takes more work to sort out and to get rid off as well. For the oak
Logs 5 stars ; delivery-1 so coming to average of 3. They tried to sort out the delivery but there was a serious problem with the delivery company. A lot of effort to get it delivered. I give them the benefit of doubt as I have ordered before and delivery wasn’t this bad.

Hi Marco
I can only apologise again on behalf of Pallet Force and the issues we had with your delivery. As you have mentioned you have used us before and these delivery issues did not happen. On the day of delivery an agency driver was used which is why the delivery was split which should not have happened. We did your refund your delivery charge due to the inconvenience that had been caused to you, but I can completely understand your frustration. I do hope you enjoy the quality of the logs and they keep you warm this winter. Should you wish to order in future please give me a call, where I will be able to sort something out for you.

Repeat order from last year of Ash…
Repeat order from last year of Ash Logs, kindling and fire lighters. Last year’s logs were great, not too big for log burner, wonderful flame and gave out good heat. Expect same again. Hassle free to order. Helpful delivery driver who placed logs on exact spot in barn for me.

Hi Casey
Thank you for taking the time to review us. I can only apologise on behalf of Pallet Force that the goods arrived a day early, as we did book into the system on the day you specified. Normally a 24 hour turnaround is quite unusual. We hope you enjoy your product despite this.
