once upon a time this was a good service with good customer care. it is now junk. Just don't. Like others it reduces my speed from 350+ mbps down to 25. I can't connect to the radio at all. I have to restart my laptop everyday or it won't connect. Customer care don't reply to emails. They used to apologise and say "sorry, we'll connect you to a faster server" - so they have crap servers that they dump you on unless you complain. Tonight I can't watch the TV, so i am typing this instead. Terrible, you can find someone better.
Hit & miss in Europe. Non-no over Starlink in Australia

Impossible to connect over Starlink when I was in Australia over the UK winter and now very hit-and-miss whether it will connect now we are back in France for the spring & summer. Think I will look for a better supplier on renewal in November.
Scam company
The VPN works fine. But the customer service is terrible and this feels like a malicious scam company. Notable that they don’t share any details on privacy etc with iPhone App Store. A warning sign. They make it hard to cancel your account and send no notification before auto renewing a year in advance. Even just a few hours after taking my money for another year they absolutely refuse to refund it- they directed me to their policy on no refunds which makes me think it’s a clear strategy of the company. Feels very different to most reputable online companies I deal with. I’d strongly avoid this company.

Still not able to access certain channels using this VPN, including BBC at the moment. Apparently they have a no refund policy even though they are not providing the service paid for. Stay clear of this company.

Having read all the previous comments, I won’t bother repeating but instead will confirm every single one of the complaints below. I have experienced every same thing with this hopeless company. And, yes “Jennifer” is an abomination! Dreadful service. Dreadful company. How they are even allowed to carry on trading and have not been prosecuted is beyond belief.
If you’re considering a VPN provider for accessing BBC, ITV, Channel 4 or Channel 5 - opt for anyone other than ukexpatVPN.
Speed if woeful
Service used to be good now speed is woeful (about half the speed of SurfShark). When I first logged a call Jenifer said the problem must be with my hardware. I pointed out that the problem “with my hardware” did not slow down other VPNs and got no response.

It seems that the business has been taken over. The original app no longer exists in the App Store. Instead there is now a new App from a company called Fox VPN. I am still using the old App and it works better than Nord (BBC frequently unavailable on Nord, or Surfshark). Those who say they can’t get C4: you heed to change your device to U.K. time. It’s as simple as that.
Most companies collect subscriptions without notice, so when you subscribe, the first thing to do is cancel it. It will then run until the expiry date.
Those who cry fraud. Watching UK TV abroad through a VPN is fraud. It’s copyright theft. Pot, kettle, black.

Scammers, be careful to cancel properly if you take this out, they automatically take renewal for the next year with no warning, invoices, emails etc. Then refuse to refund.
UK EXPAT RUBBISH VPN
This VPN reduced our internet speed from 600mb to 27 (yes twenty-seven). Frequently BBC iPlayer & ITV Hub didn't work, & Channel 4 never worked, despite being in their guaranteed list!
We took out a Contract for a year & asked for our money back just 7 days later as it wasn't working properly. We asked several times within the 30 days but they said as we had been a monthly contract some time before we didn't qualify for the 30 days back guarantee!
HOLA free VPN works better than this!

We signed up for a year to watch programs and All-4. It doesn’t work even though it’s on their guaranteed list on their website. I asked for a refund because we signed less than 30 days ago but they refused because we were an existing customer from years before. They will take your money and find ways not to refund it. Customer service is terrible
Totally usless
Absolutely useless, yet their advertising says 100percent, working on all UK channels, total lies, was good in the past now nothing but suggestion after suggestion, and nothing works, only feeble words from them, but still channels do not work
In a nutshell beware, the only thing they can do well is take your money without your knowledge
In the end, I got onto my UK bank fraud department and guess what, with the clout of a big bank they got my money returned and now they are pursuing a refund on my behalf

The auto renewal has no reminder and have taken £60 out of my account. They are refusing to get in contact with me and ignoring me at all cost. DO NOT USE.
Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service when talking to them about them taking money without warning. They told us to talk to the government for financial support rather than send us some money back. Totally inappropriate.
No chanel 4 no solution !
Like others I have had this a couple.of years and it was great . Beware the renewal process .... auto renewal / payment without warnings etc ...I am now stuck for another year !!!!
I have not received Channel 4 for months.... tried all the solutions .... none have worked says it all really . This is the response from customer services
