The passport company was fast.. helpful.. and friendly.. making it a good customer experience.. at a time when I needed it

so reassuring to have email contact with a real person and regular updates at each stage. I had to reapply for a new passport in the middle of a house move but everything went through smoothly and much faster than anticipated. Thank you again, Hanel and team!

I feel the handling of renewing my passport was,though rather complicated,efficient,and comparatively fast.
The courier used for delivery of both documents however didn’t meet to my approval ?
At no point was I asked for a signature on receiving the delivery. The documents were left in an outdoor postbox! However I am now ready to travel,thanks to you R.R.

Assistance was prompt, efficient and guidelines easy to follow. The contact was pleasant and courteous.

The company got in contact swiftly and professionally, with email, whose content was clear and easy to understand about what steps and other things you would have to do. There was an agent assigned to assist you (mine was Saretha, so if you get her then you are in safe hands) who explained clearly anything that might come across as confusing. The agent arranged for a courier to pick up my old passport, cleared my application swiftly and my new passport appeared back at my house in record time. The service is well worth every cent or penny or whatever currency you will use.

The only problem was DHL but that could be because of where I live.

I recently applied (from abroad) for a new UK passport. I was not looking forward to the experience but things couldn't have gone any smoother. I was constantly updated with (firstly) what I need to do and then updated on the progress and delivery of the passport by 'Miguel'. It felt as though Miguel was personally taking care of me and I found having a sole point of contact very reassuring.

I reside in the States and my passport was due for renewal and I wanted to visit London for few weeks. To renew it in London may take some time,hence I decided to check if I can renew it from abroad.I searched and found UK Abroad. Applying to renew a long expired British Passport was extremely daunting for me. However, UK Abroad made it an easy and pleasant experience. The consultant was very knowledgeable in the process required and her guidance was faultless.
