We recently renewed our British Passports with MyBritishPassport. The service we received from Christa was invaluable. The whole process was made so much simpler and she guided us every step of the way. It was great to have someone you could contact at anytime throughout the process with any questions about the renewal process. I would certainly recommend MyBritishPassport to anyone planning to renew a British Passport.

I thought this experience would be stressful, however, Glenda was fabulous. I was kept informed of every step and my questions were answered quickly and accurately.

Was guided step by step through the process. Emails were answered promptly and often outside of normal business hours. "Next Steps" in the process as well as expected timelines were communicated clearly. Extremely pleased with my advisor.

We were very impressed with the help that our "case manager" gave us. We are in Tasmania, so big time difference with England - but Juan-Pierre always answered queries and emails overnight so we had the answer the next day. And he made the steps simple too,
