Waardeloos, het bedrijf is te groot geworden.Ugg classic mini gaf het na twee keer dragen op. Kapot. Klantenservice ruk....vraag om geduld, upload foto, foto te groot, foto te klein.
Na 20 jaar zeg ik....nooit meer UGGS

I spent half an hour on the website searching and there was no indication of shipping fee being calculated at the end to warn me about shipping fees. I had trouble pressing Shop Pay to go the payment page. I had to try few times and when it finally worked, it showed £53 shipping fee for three items and I didn’t even have the prepayment and review the order page. I emailed them straight away to cancel after receiving the order confirmation email but the refuse to cancel it claiming it is too late and they can’t cancel the order. How can they process the order literally two minutes after confirmation? I should have read the reviews first before ordering

Avoid avoid avoid

Very rude customer service staff, postage takes forever. I was not able to receive the parcel as it arrived so late (I’d left the country) and they wouldn’t cancel my order and I have no idea where the parcel is.

Placed order during Black Friday sales, order was received within 48 hours. Delivery has always been on time when I have made purchases through the UK website.

Another Aussie company could do with taking a leaf out of Uggs book.

I paid for two pairs of slippers through PayPal. Somehow the transaction timed out on the website but the PayPal transaction processed. I have emailed this company 5 times and have not had a single reply. Do not take your chances with this company - we are out over $130......

Absolutely shocking "Service"

Order late, cannnot cancel, all emails sent seem automated and unhelpful.

Call through and staff say they cannot stop order and refund as it has been "processed" and the system won't let them.

Steer clear at all costs and buy NZ sheepskin locally at a shop.

Bought a pair of UGG's short model,. Price was good shipping took 11 days including tax treating.
Really fine quality, a original Australian product.
They advised to choose a size not larger than you would normally use, and they are right they are on the large side.
I can recommend the seller!

I ordered a pair of mini uggs for my daughter for christmas on 19 November. It is now 16 January and I still do not have them. I have a tracking number from australia post which says they are here in the uk. Then nothing. It now says customer has put in an inquiry 1 Jan. Nothing else. I have asked for a refund. UGGS say they are waiting to hear from Australia post. A very disappointing experience. No boots and no refund almost 2 months ago. I started to believe it is a total scam. So it is reassuring to hear that some customers have received what they ordered.

So since my last review, I went to Bed Bath & Beyond and they made it all good they sent me a comforter to my home it was all in great shape, the gal was very helpful that was in the Riverdale UT Bed Bath & Beyond, so I would definitely go through Bed Bath & Beyond again they stand behind whatever, stay tuned for more and better or worse reviews thank you Tom Peterson

Classic Mni laarzen gekocht. Zijn begin mei bezorgd en begin juli komt mijn teen er al door heen. Heb een mail gestuurd hierover en gevraagd of er garantie op zit. Nee dus. Het is dus normaal dat ze na 2 maanden versleten zijn. Zeer teleurgesteld.

Terrible. Do not purchase from this site.
3 weeks later still waiting for my order to be shipped. I have asked for a refund yet they are refusing at this point in time.

I ordered a pair as a gift for my sister, she really likes them!

Orders my scuffs on Monday and received them on Wednesday. Amazing service and great australian made product!

I received the shipskin slippers about 11 days after ordering them. They look OK, smell gluey, and I'm yet to see if they are made solidly.
I've tried to cancel the order after 5 days of waiting, as nothing was happening and the info on the site gave impression that orders were fulfilled within 1-2 business days if in stock (which was the case, according to the site). The seller responded, it looked like Australia Post wasn't picking up the package from their store, so I gave them extra 2 days to ship, or cancel the order. They did none of that, making further excuses about their processes, T&C, etc. I opened the refund case with PayPal to resolve it, but 3 business days later, I got the slippers. Not the best of shopping experiences, I hope the slippers will be good.
The slippers appear to be Australian made, and that's good, I like supporting Australian businesses. My previous pair was made in China, and fell apart after barely a year after the purchase.

I ordered Ugg boots being from the UK I was amazed of the quick delivery! I give 5 stars for Quality and Service. Highly recommend👍

Never ever order there!!!
I ordered online their boots - size AU8(EUR39). The boots I need for a special event (a journey to the cold winter) - had enough time to wait for my parcel.
To my amusement - I got AU9 (EUR40) and they were huge. For my request to return money the company agreed that it was their mistake and they would fully refund. But I need to pay for the postal by myself.
For all my arguments they said that they could try and send another pair (as an exchange) - and that would cost me nothing. But 1) there was no way that another pair could come on time before my journey; 2) there was no a guarantee that the next time the size in my order would be correct.
So - I send the boots back, paid $18 - the end of story.

There are so many companies selling uggs - please think twice and you will save your money and time!
