Mediocre service
UFH have replied to my review informing them a 3 day delivery. They quote a delivery on the 29th where in fact the delivery was not made until the 30th and then only left outside my building!

I decided to make my life easier and purchased a tacker gun £125 and was sent loose staples so was unable to use it…. I called to ask about this and was given an apology, along the lines of, “the warehouse didn’t think about it” so I had to manually push the staples in any way!

Svar fra UFH Trade Direct
Hello Anthony, as I explained when you called with your query all our on-line kits include manual staples, and our warehouse team picked your order accurately before dispatch. There is message box to include special instructions, we would have gladly swapped the manual stapes for tacker type if requested. I hope this clears up any confusion. Best regards.

The guys who I dealt with provided great advice and couldn’t have been more helpful. The kit arrived ahead of time and included everything needed. My plumber sought and received advice on assembly over the phone. I used the design service which proved invaluable. Full marks all round.

sorteed out my problem
Went above and beyond to sort out my ordering issue, even though it was last thing on the day, and the person in charge of sorting was taking leave. They phoned the person at home and got the necessary info to sort everything out. I can't fault them on that or any other part of my order
