Very prompt and efficient delivery.
Very prompt and efficient delivery.
I found the upgraded version of what I bought two years ago a little confusing in that despite the new one fitting the old backing plate the terminals had moved, so needed retiring from scratch.
Also, some of the settings confused me until I sorted them by trial and error. Especially the daily, weekly set up.
Otherwise very good.

Very disappointed bought complete underfloor heating system together with a thermostat- apparently the thermostat was for water underfloor heating sadly as we have opened it they do not want to know - as we are pensioners not able to afford the correct one - customer service waste of time!!!

Hi Linda, we don't actually have an order under your details could you possibly double check where you bought this from and retract your review please.
Useless customer service
Useless customer service. Really poor quality service as couldn’t get a reply by telephone to our query about broken thermostat that we had ordered. No one called back despite calling and calling about a faulty product. Really unhelpful and wasted our money.

Underfloor heating at affordable prices
Compared to all of my normal merchants, large nationals, they all wanted a Kings ransom after a quick goolgle search up came this company and what a great price and really fast delivery. Highly recommended.

The purchase was fine customer service not so
The purchase and product were fine, however I had an issue with the shipping (not UFH fault) and I emailed them to ask for a shipping number, to help me track my package and have still had no reply a week later.
So the customer service part was a let down
