UBT Express Anmeldelser

UBT Express/ Pro and MedCourier pay for newspaper articles to rip-off NRIs.

1) They will provide DISHONEST promises/guarantees initially. Once they received my initial payment, they made reasons for why it would cost more money and time.

2) I was quoted 7,105inr for 1.5 kg but they later charged me 12,500inr for shipping to the USA. What’s worse is that I later found out that my package only weighed 1 kg but they told me it was 1.5kg (I ordered medicines while aboard so I wasn’t able to personally weigh my package).

3) UBT Express/ Pro and MedCourier will not accept any responsibility and will shift blame if there are issues with your package. My package got rejected by customs for improper paperwork. Instead of returning my package, they kept blaming FedEx for holding it. Once I contacted FedEx in India, they told me they already returned the package 1 month prior.

4) At this point, I couldn’t trust this company anymore and it took 2 months to get my package back from this company after many complaints. UBT Express/ Pro and MedCourier will do their best to swindle money, especially if you are an NRI.

Please avoid this company and don’t order medicines through them. I was fooled by their paid advertisements and website. Check out honest feedback by searching: India consumer complaints UbtPro.

I have used the service twice and the experience is seamless, from pick up to delivery.

I wanted few products from India so I booked a shipping service from Delhi To Birmingham which included pickup from house too. They were quick and whole process took 6 days (economy shipping).
Everything was very well packed along with Fed Ex tracking number.
I’m sure I’ll book again with UBT express.

I sent a 📦 from Delhi to Spain. I had an amazing experience the package reached in 5 days and the process was very smooth and the prices were also great.

I came across UBTpro via google and put my trust in them after going through the amazing reviews, to courier my package all the way from India to UAE . UBTPro service was extremely cheap , compared to DHL, UPS etc . I got my parcel in 6-7 days in the most cheapest and best service. They send me all the details prior about the collection about the online payment etc and everything was updated by watsapp , they also provided me with the international reference number. The customer service team and the delivery team were really professional. I will definitely use only UBTpro in future and I highly recommend them to anyone who wish to send anything internationally in a cheaper rate , but best service.

First time i shipped few parcels to UK from Hyderabad. Pickup was fast and once it reached the warehouse in Delhi, recieved the Invoice with a detailed item wise calculations. I Sent around 300kgs of weight . But due to G20 Summit my dispatch got delayed in Customs for more than a week. Their support team is amazing as they have a promt response, through out the service from Pickup to delivery of goods in UK. Would recommend everyone to try UBTPro. 2 items got rejected by customs and it was couried back by the team. Very much reliable.

Good service in best price, will definetely use again.

Great service. Needed to order some medicines from India to the Uk. Contacted the number provided on the website via what’s app. Received a speedy response. Made the payment for the courier service then they got the pharmacy to contact me. Paid for the medicines (which took some time on my part due to bank transfer) and the pharmacy then sent the medication to the courier service. All in all this took 2 weeks but the actual dispatch time from when the courier received the parcel to me receiving in the Uk took only 7 days. I’d highly recommend their services for courier services to the Uk.

The company provided regular updates on delivery and the item arrived in great condition.

Everything went smoothly and hassles.
I will rate it 4 out of 5. As time taken by them is more than expected that is the only part which was bit annoying.
Otherwise all things good.

Support services is excellent.
Overall service is quite satisfactory.
