I've sent a package from India to Philippines. The delivery was done in time as claimed by the company. I've sent the package as a gift and the issue I had was they charged from the receiver which I felt somewhat unusual since they have told me that no more charges will be there.

Reliable delivery service. Have used their service 3 times. Goods delivered on time , safely, no damage. Will definitely use this company again.Cheers!

I received a damaged delivery. But ubt pro contacted me and gave a refund of the damaged products. Overall, other than post office for international courier, ubt pro is a good option to go with.

I used them recently for medicines. I had them purchase it on my behalf and send it to in Canada. The whole process took 7 days from ordering to delivery. The medicines were liquid and they were packed adequately in a plastic box. I’m satisfied and would recommend them.

It's a very bad experience with UBT they are just mis- Guiding you with Additional charges .....first I booked ND after pick-up they Make Double amount of Payment..Please Don't Go with This courier service.... People are just wasting your days, Time and money......Very Very Fed up....And disappointed......I am stuck in their courier service

Best experience with overseas delivery of package.

UBTpro was the cheapest courier service I can find in India. My parcel reached mumbai to Australia within 9 days. I was a bit worried as it was my first time to send a parcel from India but it was very easy process hope to book again with UBT

Have sent a shipment from India to Ireland on 5th May 2023 and till now there has been no response and they can't answer my calls. Every time I chat, they say they will return the shipment back to India in 10 days. They are in tie-up with shypmax which is another useless piece of crap. They don't bother what is sent or how valuable it is. they just don;t care.

Hi…I’m Moniga from Tamilnadu….it’s really really great experience for me with UBT…I sent 40kgs of my clothes from Tirupur,Tamilnadu to UK…UBT picked my parcel from my home and they safely delivered within 7days…and it’s really cheapest and safest while compared to others….thanks to the whole team who genuinely answered all my calls and safely sent my parcel

Reasonable price and speedy delivery. The package was opened for checking by the customs officers but the contents were intact at the recipient's end. They kept contact through WhatsApp and provided detailed instructions for pricing, and timely updates about the progress of the delivery was also given.

The process goes like this:
1) you book a shipment and fix a pickup date on their website and pay the advance ₹499, which is counted towards the overall charge.
2) they contact you through WhatsApp with instructions about packaging and weight/size of the package. In my case the pickup had some issues but that was from the end of the Delhivery company, but ubt arranged for a new pickup as soon as possible and took no extra charge from me.
3) the shipment is discharged and when it arrives to their office in Delhi, you are sent the receipt and requested to pay, while the package is processed and made ready for dispatch.
4) finally once it is dispatched you can check the approx delivery date and the current location of the package on their website and on a website that's linked there. My package arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date with no issues whatsoever.
