I have used TW White and Son since buying my Kia a couple of years ago, and can't speak highly enough about them.
Friendly, professional, outstanding service from start to finish.
They even kept me hydrated with bottles of water on a very warm day.

Staff took any pressure away. Helpful, courteous and efficient.

From sales, service and workshop, everybody in this combined team are brilliant. Their interaction between departments and care and consideration to their customers is truly special and senior members of T.W. Whites should be extremely proud of their staff.
While waiting for my car to be ready I spoke to a couple who had a 66 plate mx-5. I think they spoke to Sam originally but then went off in search of Simon. I got talking to them and they said that their car was Simon’s first sale and heaped much gratitude and appreciation for everything that was done for them. I agreed with them of course from my own experiences. They caught up with Simon and were having a great catch-up. That alone sums up what I and others think of your amazing dealership. Thank you.

Another great service from TW White and Sons! What is there not to like? Quick and easy booking a service with very polite and courteous staff, and that's after TW White had sent me a reminder - thank you! Next, I am fortunate enough for the lovely Humair to pick up my car on the day of service and return when finished. It's a total game changer.

It seems like a well-run dealership - all interactions were friendly and professional making a smooth transaction. The sales people were helpful and didn't feel pushy at all.

Always a very friendly welcome. My car’s service and MOT was completed with everything explained to me upon collection. My car had been valeted too, which is a really lovely (and very welcome) touch.

100% courtesy from the get-go. Work completed in alloted time, at agreed price...no attempt to add some 'fun items' to the work schedule - and not all dealers are capable of this! Absolute customer service...5 star.

Poor service bought the lovely mx5. Agreed to have it delivered once the car was prepped and the paint chips done. It was delivered £200 paid. No chips done nothing polished just washed. Was told the chips were done and the rain washed the paint away on the trip down to me. Never had an apology just told to bring it back to them 140 mile round trip and they would do the chips. So what was the point of me paying to have it delivered as they didn't prep the car at all. Should have just taken it on the day I saw it and save myself £200!! No integrity at this franchise
Please note I can categorically say the stone chips were not done. Yes I accepted delivery of the car because I love it. That said you still did not do what we agreed. Obviously I do not want to drive back up to you for it to be rectified. It should be done locally but you wouldn't agree. Such a shame its been a bad buying experience.
