Disappointed

I ordered a bright green (Gucci green) pair of fingerless gloves, the gloves that arrived were a forest green!
I did contact Turtle Doves and they did offer for me to return them.
I would purchase again but would only order either grey or black, so I can be sure I get a colour shade that I would wear!!

Thank you for letting us know. We’re really sorry to hear the new gloves feel thinner than the pair you’ve had for a while — we completely understand how disappointing that can be when you’re expecting the same cosy feel.
Our gloves are still crafted from the same natural fibres, but there can be slight variations in thickness between batches as part of working with natural yarns and evolving production methods. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it’s genuinely helpful for us.

Great products and company

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've been a customer for 6+ years and love their products. Their fingerless gloves are just brilliant for keeping my hands warm in my cold and drafty house and I wear their neck warmers all winter long. They're soft and cosy and well made.

I would never buy new cashmere as I don't agree with how the animals are treated but have no problem with this as it's recycled and would otherwise go to landfill. Also, unlike real fur, wearing these items doesn't actually advertise cashmere as no-one knows what you're wearing.

Their service is fast and their products are packaged in cardboard not plastic. 100% recommended.

Would love to be able to select bright/ neon/ neutral

While the turtle dove products are lovely I would adore the option on stripes and one of a kind to give an option of brights or neutrals - I once had a lovely pair of neon striped fingerless gloves that I have tried to replace and I keep getting monochrome or neutral options which I appreciate are popular with some but disappoint me every time ( I’ve ordered at least 4 pairs - more if you count specific single colours)

Stripes and One of a Kind pieces are made from the jumper's we receive, which means the colour mixes can vary a lot and often lean more neutral depending on what’s available. Have been a customer for many years and always received excellent service and delivery. I have cold hands even in the summer and the gloves really help.

I would like to have a heavy duty pair for working and gardening please.
