Identifying local care home for elderly relative
After my initial enquiry, staff from TrustedCare kept in regular contact until my request for support in finding appropriate care for an elderly relative had reached a satisfactory conclusion. Customer care was exceptional and telephone calls were both professional, caring and understanding. Would highly recommend

Innovative service well performed

Easy to talk to. Found care homes locally that were suitable for my mother’s needs and had capacity. We also wanted a small care home where it felt more homely.

TrustedCare alleviated all the stress involved in finding a nursing home in Southsea for my brother transferring from London. Matthew was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I felt totally supported and was able to secure a place in an amazing nursing home in Southsea. I would highly recommend TrustedCare if you are looking to find a care or nursing home for yourself or a loved one.
