Good advice and great follow-up
I contacted TrustedCare who gave me good advice on which care homes could be suitable for my mother.
They kept in touch during my hunt and offered help at all stages of my research.

Searching for a Care Home for Auntie
Trusted Care were on board with my search for an appropriate Care Home for my Aunt right from the beginning. They were responsive as well as pro-active and it was a pleasure to deal with people who were clearly passionate about their jobs and making a difference.

A review on my experience at Trusted Care…
It was refreshing to receive a phone-call to see how I was getting on. Tabitha seemed to have my history at her fingertips, and she was pleasent and willing to help. The agent was really helpful and quick…
The agent was really helpful and quick in what was a situation that was made needlessly confusing by the admin part of the hospital care. To be clear the actual treatment and care was 1st class. Just the clarity and communication of potential next steps could have been clearer and faster
