Tripse & The River Cruise Company Anmeldelser

Even though my original river cruise was cancelled, the staff at Tripse handled my options so well. When things don't go to plan, it was comforting to know that they had my best interests in mind. They booked me on a future cruise and managed my compensation for the cancelation , which I was happy to accept. This is what I call good customer service.

We've been on many holidays from city breaks to Paris from luxurious holidays in the Maldives. But weve always booked with Tripse. Kyle is very knowledgeable about the travel industry, but also very honest.
We wouldn't book anywhere else.

Kyle at River Cruise Company was so helpful when our outward flight was cancelled. He checked we were OK and that our flight was rebooked, he arranged a taxi transfer to the boat payed for by the company when we eventually reached our destination airport and kept the cruise manager informed. We would highly recommend using River Cruise Company.

The River Cruise Company were very helpful in booking the Cruise, finding the best options on flights and a great company in Ama.
The Cruise was very enjoyable apart from the rain which at least ensured the river levels did mot become an issue.
All in all a pleasant trip, will be looking at another Cruise next year

Tripse were very good when reviewing and recommending our first river cruise. Great knowledge and customer service. We went with Scenic and it didn’t disappoint. Would certainly use Tripse next time.

Tripse put us in touch with a good deal at Avalon River Cruises, as they have before. Well worth contacting them for deals. Efficient and well organised, and easy to talk to.

Great help and advice from Michelle and Denise
As always very friendly, helpful and informative
Have recommended and will continue to do so
Thanks

It was excellent from start to finish - great crew, great food and well organised trips!! First rate!! Will travel again!

I am so pleased to have booked our river cruise with Tripse. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Telephone calls were answered quickly or returned within minutes, nothing was too much trouble, even trivial questions answered kindly and patiently. They kept us informed at every stage, giving total reassurance. I recommend this company with great confidence.

Our experience with Tripse and the River Cruise Company was excellent from the moment of booking. Denise is so helpful and approachable. She gave advice on different options for cruises and answered all our questions immediately.
She always responded to emails and phone calls without delay. Kyle, also, was helpful. He made the booking for us.
Our cruise with AMA was perfect.
This is the third river cruise that we have booked with Denise, we would certainly book with her again.

Tour manager Noel was great. So helpful for us oldies. We were lucky with the weather and found Brugge a lovely place to visit. Only grudge was Hotel bathroom which needed a shower hand rail !!!

They were proactive in proposing a trip when we had not even got round to thinking about our next holiday. Booking process simple efficient and friendly.

Excellent Service from Denise at Tripse with booking our trip for us for later this year to Vegas. Thank you

I cannot recommend Tripse enough for the absolutely flawless family holiday they planned for us! From start to finish, their service was exceptional, making our trip truly unforgettable. All we did was provide a maximum flight time, our budget, and a date range, and they took care of every single detail with incredible precision and care.

The flights they arranged were perfectly timed, comfortable, and included luggage. The rooms they booked for us were stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for our family’s needs. The private transfers they organised were a game-changer, whisking us from the airport to our accommodation in style and comfort.

What impressed me most was how effortlessly they turned our general preferences into a dream holiday. Every aspect, from the itinerary to the smallest logistical details, was thoughtfully planned and executed. The team’s expertise, responsiveness, and dedication to creating a personalised experience made us feel like VIPs throughout. If you’re looking for a travel company that goes above and beyond to deliver a perfect family holiday, look no further than Tripse—they’re simply the best!

Tripse were great and organised the holiday perfectly. The Avalon cruise was spoilt by a large number of North American passengers, in particular a group of 27 mainly female travel agents from Canada who were away from family with free alcohol and sounded as if they were all talking (shouting) at the same time.

Tripse were very helpful throughout. Denise was able to answer questions and give advice. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the river cruise we booked. Nothing was too much trouble.

The whole cruise exceeded my expectations, i had a really lovely holiday, places and trips were great, room was wonderful, ship was beautiful, staff were very knowledgable, helpful, couldnt do enough for you.

We found the staff at Tripse tremendously helpful & can’t sing their praises highly enough. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip so haven’t been able to get to know the River Cruise Company. But throughout the whole process we have been looked after & feel we made new friends in the office. Thank you!
