Tripse & The River Cruise Company Anmeldelser

Just returned from a wonderful Avalon Waterways river cruise (Paris to Normandy) which we booked through Tripse & The River Cruise Company. Everything was booked from flights, transfers and cruise by Denise who made sure we had such a smooth process from start to finish. I always feel that I get a stress free service from this company, I would highly recommend Denise, Kyle and the team to anyone as they really do take care of their customers to ensure their holiday is tailored to them.

The ship and staff were excellent and the food was superb. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and were of good humour throughout our trip. I travelled with several other couples, some of whom were first-timers and we all had a fantastic time, so much so that I have been tasked with repeating the experience on another Avalon trip!

Excellent customer service. They arranged everything for our cruise including flights and transfers. It all worked very well. They also answered our queries and gave sound advice on room selection etc: this was our first cruise!

The staff at Tripse were very knowledgeable. They even sort out airline query.
Very good to deal with will use them again

Everything was made easy. The booking, the transport joining the cruise. The staff were, without exception, friendly, respectful, helpful and always happy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent. The trips were very well organised and all the guides were very knowledgeable and obviously experienced. From start to finish it was a five star experience.

Excellent vacation. Well organised, interesting itinerary and well organised excursions. Good food and wine and friendly helpful staff. Very pleased with our experience from booking through to disembarkation and help with onward transfer.

Just come back from a fantastic holiday booked through tripse! It was such a smooth booking process and customer service was great! Thanks so much for helping organise a fab holiday! Highly recommend!

After a nightmare of a cancellation for my hen do with another company Darcy from tripse came to my rescue, nothing was to much trouble nothing couldn't be sorted. She made the whole experience so much calmer and easier to deal with and I couldn't be more grateful. Would reccomend this company to anyone and I for sure will continue to use them! Thank you so much

Great holiday, well organised and plenty of information in advance to help with planning the trip. Would definitely use Tripse again.

The holiday Kyle helped put together was perfect. He chose great hotels in the right location in the cities. The trains were all well planned so we had enough time to explore. When I had a question near the end of the holiday I received the answer quickly. I would highly recommend.

Denise was very helpful in answering my questions. Some mismatching of information on whether transfers included or not. My wife’s accessibility needs were closely supported.

Denise gave us options and took care of everything. She answered any questions quickly. This was my first cruise and she made it a simple process. Thank you

Again, the location and hotels were perfect. Denise also suggested a city to include on our itinerary which was a great suggestion. The whole process of booking and then getting vouchers and tickets is made easy for us as paper copies are sent through the post.

Fantastic . Everyone one was helpful start to finish with booking process and the service was excellent they even emailed the hotel about late check out and see if we could keep room on ..

Super service from THE river cruise experts. Sourced a super deal for us on the Seine with our preferred operator - AMA. Excellent communications & follow-up, with real documentation posted to us in perfect timing. We will definitely book our next river cruise through this specialist.

Easy booking from abroad (we're based on Canada), no pressure, answered all questions quickly and courteously. Good value pricing.

Just came back from an amazing holiday booked with Tripsie and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing. They were always helpful, quick to respond and made sure every detail was taken care of.

Our holiday was incredible and exactly what we were hoping for – if not better. It made such a difference knowing everything was organised so well, which meant we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

Thank you for such a fantastic experience – I’ll definitely be booking with you again!

Always there to help, good communication and nothing to much trouble.

Kyle & his team are always very helpful finding you the perfect holiday ✈️☀️ nothing is too much trouble for them.

All went very well, according to plan, with good attention to detail.
