Jon at Trinity Finance has been outstanding from start to finish. Not only was he an excellent mortgage advisor, but he also offered informal advice (on a non-reliable basis of course) on various aspects of the mortgage and negotiations, which proved invaluable and even prompted discussions with our conveyancer, who hadn’t considered these alternatives!

Jon went the extra mile in communication, creating a WhatsApp group for my partner and me, and he was available to answer messages – even on weekends – when he knew we needed to expedite the process due to the vendors' shifting timeline.
