I've had to claim twice
I've had to claim twice, once for unemployment and the other for sickness, having cancer. Both times the company was great, helpful, the process was simple and most importantly they paid out, and promptly.
I would certainly recommend Trent services to anyone, they have been invaluable when you need it most.

Quick and easy claim
Making a claim was very straightforward and it was settled within 6 days including the 2 days for our vets to do their bit. This is 6 weeks faster than other pet insurers that we have dealt with!

Never ask you what they want, delay getting back to you. Try so hard to make it difficult
Also keep taking payment for the insurance that you are claiming for!

Once again, exceptional service and Highly Recommended
We have had to now make our 3rd claim on our Corinium Pet Insurance (Trent Services) in the last 12 months and once again they have been excellent.
Our golden retriever, Monty, had to have 2 surgeries in the space of a week, the 2nd an emergency procedure, and we really didn't know whether he would pull through or not. Fortunately he has but with the 2nd claim going in less than 7 days ago all amounts are now settled. The speed in which the claim was assessed and paid was truly exceptional at, what has been, a very challenging time for us all.
I could not recommend Trent Services highly enough - if you have a pet, their Lifetime policy, for us, is the best out there. As said, highly, highly recommended - thank you

Great Team, but out of date processes
PEOPLE: Response times on communications and submissions were always on point. Requests for info and management of expectations re payment(s) were clear and managed effectively. Great Team!
PROCESS: Very manual. Printing and filling in forms manually, re-scanning documents for submission via email. This should all be managed and submitted online now. There is no automation. It took up a lot of time, that could easily be reduced.
Recommend: Integrate self serve technology platform. No print, no scan, no email! One stop shop for submissions. Utilise live links to business platforms i.e. LinkedIn to support evidence submissions.

Fast & efficient paid out my pet claim very quickly. Money was in my bank account after two days and seeing I spent out £854 it was a relief to be paid so quickly.
