When booking our 10 week multi-country trip (Singapore, NZ, Australia and Japan) she was so informative, helpful and collaborative. Her knowledge was exceptional, her attention to detail second to none and her communication swift, accurate and she was so helpful and informative.

We've recently returned from an 11 month round the world trip, using flight tickets arranged and booked through Travel Nation. From the moment we first contacted the team, to our arrival back home, the service we experienced was impeccable. Our agent, Jim, was incredibly helpful throughout every stage of our trip - suggesting the most cost-effective routes and flight options, booking preferred seats, changing flight schedules and even proactively contacting us to offer assistance when our final homeward flight was turned around mid-air due to the recent Heathrow closure. We felt well looked after and supported by Jim, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Travel Nation if you're planning a big trip. 10 out of 10 service and we will definitely use them again!

My wife and I wanted to plan a road trip up to and around the Pacific North West incorporating the US and Canada but did not have a clue where to start. We contacted Tracey at Travel Nation, who has a huge amount of knowledge of the region and she helped us to plan our perfect trip. Quite frankly, we could not have done it without her and thanks to her help, every single step of the way was planned in advance and could not have been any easier for us. When we got to the airport, our hire car was waiting for us, when we got to each hotel we checked in without any issues and all excursions were booked in advance and went according to plan. If you are going to do a multi-centre trip like this, we could not recommend Travel Nation highly enough, they take all of the stress out of planning the trip and make sure that you are left to have the time of your life. Their attention to detail is second to none and their recommendations are based on personal experience and are a huge help. A 5 star service all round!

Travel nation provided an excellent service ,putting together a well priced package of flights departing Toulouse through Sri Lanka , New Zealand , Chile and Argentina. Our agent Audric was quick to respond to requests , friendly and efficient , we would defiantly use them again. Although we live in France we have found from experience that it is good to have an English speaking agent available if problems occur.

I have recently returned from a 2 month Round the World trip which I booked through TravelNation, in Brighton. David Taylor was their representative who organised my trip, working on routes and countries of my choice.
I had the most fantastic time and cannot believe how easy everything fell perfectly into place because of David’s planning. I was advised, as a single elderly female traveller, to fly business class which was the best thing that could have happened. The cost of my 14 business class flights around the world was slightly more than a friend’s one business class direct return from London to Melbourne bought on the Internet.
I had prearranged taxis to and from the airports after short stop overs, which helped avoid jet lag.
The hotels, some included breakfast, I stayed at during my trip were amazing and really made me feel pampered and relaxed.
Overall it was a wonderful experience mainly due, I feel, to David’s expertise and so if you are thinking of a trip of a life time then think/look no further than TravelNation and David Taylor to help plan it. You will appreciate my advice!

Charlie booked everything for our trip to Australia plus gave us some tips on what to do. We were quite anxious travellers as we had only ever been on package holidays, and not been abroad for 20 years, but Charlie made sure we would feel confident and happy. She also helped on her day off when our flights home were cancelled due to a tropical cyclone. The Travel Nation App is really useful too. I would thoroughly recommend Charlie and Travel Nation.

The itinerary, for our round the World trip, arranged by Travel Nation, as well as the advice and support given as we prepared for our holiday of a life time was exceptional.
We were regularly consulted as the plans began to take shape thus ensuring that hotels and travel plans would work for us. The result was an itinerary which addressed our fairly specific needs (both financially and in terms of destinations); took us to some of the most amazing places which we wouldn't otherwise have considered; and enabled us to have the trip of a lifetime.

The links with the partner agents in some of the countries we visited were easily accessible when we needed to consult them in Australia. This was backed up with a prompt response from our agent in UK.

I would definitely use this company again if I was planning a long and complex holiday.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Thailand thanks to Jim at Travel Nation. Having given Jim a broad brief of what we were looking for he came back with an Itinerary that exceeded our expectations and included time in Bangkok, a great experience at Elephant Hills camp and then time to relax for our final week in Koh Lanta. We are very grateful for Jim's personal knowledge and planning which meant that everything went to schedule with seamless transportation between venues. Thank you and we look forward to our next holiday through Travel Nation.

What made my trip great was the fact that i was able to Focus solely on researching and planning my trip and didnt have to waste my time booking the flights or coming up with an itinerary. The Company was very helpful, easy to work with, and very Patient!

Amazing, Brilliant. I'm so pleased that we booked with Travel Nation.
Our flight to Brisbane was cancelled. I tried for 1hr 45mins to speak to Quantas who hung up 7 times, whilst I waited in a queue.
Olly and his colleague Ruth came to my rescue. Rejected a ridiculous offer from Quantas. They came up with the perfect solution. We are sad to miss out on our adventure in Brisbane but we'll see what Melbourne has to offer.

Our trip advisor Jim was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on places to visit and activities for our 5 week road trip around New Zealand. The whole trip went very smoothly with no issues and the trip exceeded our expectations

We have just returned from an 11 week trip to Asia, Australia and New Zealand, with all our flights and small group tour co-ordinated via Travel Nation. Jim was absolutely brilliant at listening to our quite specific needs and requirements and tailor-made us an itinerary - and then happily made changes as our plans evolved. Nothing was too much trouble, he gave us lots of helpful advice regarding times needed for various locations and airlines to avoid and generally made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Travel Nation definitely saved us money on our complicated flight schedule and we had lots of back up phone numbers in case there were any issues. I would thoroughly recommend using these guys.

Graham was amazing from start to finish - he listened to my preferences, amended the itinerary whenever I asked for things to be tweaked, clearly explained what my options were in terms of stop over times, hotels, domestics flights etc. and took time to find what he thought would work best for me.

He listened to my hotel suggestions and ensured I was happy with the hotels on offer. He even asked if we'd like the back row of the plane on the way to our destination, to make the journey more comfortable for my partner and I.

Graham responded quickly to my many emails, and was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the booking process. I would recommend Graham to anyone looking to book the trip of a lifetime! Thanks to Graham my partner and I are sure to have the best holiday ever and we cannot wait.

Just back off the most incredible 3 week honeymoon that we booked with Tracey at Travel nation.
Tracey was so helpful from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgable about South Africa and Mauritius and really made sure everything that we had booked was in perfect sequence and made sure we stayed in the best places for our budget.
We had a really clear and detailed itinerary which was easy to follow and everything was available on the website and the app. Tracey checked in a number of times before and during to make sure we were happy which was much appreciated. Everything we did and everywhere we stayed was wonderful and we really did have the best 3 weeks of our life, and we will absolutely use Travel nation again.
