I am a service connected military veteran and Transparent labs became monumental to me because as their products are by far the best. I am a true loyal customer and plan to continue purchasing all products I am able to purchase ,especially when they introduce their new products

After a recent order I checked my email later in the week and TL had sent me a notification that my order had apparently sat for several days in a regional carrier center, I hadn't noticed so it caught me by surprise. This morning the shippers apparently discovered the delay and transferred my order to the local USPS, it was delivered with our mail about noon today.
I just wanted to take a moment to commend Transparent Labs for the excellent service you provide from start to finish, keeping track of the shipping status goes beyond my personal experience, you have set a high standard for others to follow, my thanks to all involved from ordering to delivery.
On another related note in which I may as well also give you a superior rating, I'm 73 yoa and have been following the YouTube creator Still In The Fight, he is a former Special Forces US Army medic who creates content that is strictly related to health and fitness for seniors. One of his most recent episodes involved a problem he encountered taking creatine, the product he was using (not TL) developed lumps and inconsistency as he was nearing the bottom of the container.
I am just now starting my resistance training after finishing my chemo treatments, I opened my current container of TL Creatine HMB and discovered a desiccant pack inside, I recalled the problem the YouTube creator had and thought this was a excellent preventive step to sustain product integrity, though I've not noticed any problems with TL products. A few days later I discovered a second desiccant pack further down in my container, you had doubled the protection of my product! I just want to let you know that again places you on the podium above all products I use, your commitment to excellence is not just talk, you also backup your talk with positive and productive action.

There was a mixup in ordering and Transparent Labs did more than just corrected the problem. They wanted to sure I was more the happy. Totally surprised, thanks for not only a great product but great customer service as well.

,I like many others, have found their customer service to be nonexistent. I to, did not receive my order. That said, transparent labs did ship my order, but it was lost in the mail by the United States Postal Service. After waiting the full seven days I contacted transparent labs customer service through their website. I explained the situation and asked them to re-ship my order. I also provided them all the tracking information so they could see for themselves that it was never received. After three more follow up emails to customer service and one phone call. I still have yet to receive a response from transparent labs, nor have I received the product. There is no excuse for such poor customer service. They’re really good at marketing it to you and sending you emails every day trying to sell you more product but clearly don’t care about their customers once they get their money. For this reason I will look elsewhere for quality supplements.

Customer service is quickly responsive to all service requests with fair resolutions.

I recently had a customer experience with two customer service agents and there service was A1. Not only did they empathize with me but they provided me with a solution to my problem.

TL is quickly becoming my go-to supplier for almost all of my supplements. I already enjoyed their Grass-Fed whey isolate and have now set them up on a subscription to where they are my sole supplier of powders. The bonus of this is that they kept my original price of subscription despite recent increase due to their costs. Additionally, I now have subscriptions for their Hydrate powders, Magnesium Glycinate and will be switching to their multivitamin and the vitality vitamin once my current stock of other suppliers is exhausted. After some research on supplements, it was evident that TL has superior quality with many of the items I supplement and the 3rd party testing is a huge deal in today's environment. This is a company that does it the right way and looking forward to many years of service and quality from them!!

I ordered what I thought was the Organic Vegan Plant-Based Protein in French Vanilla, but when the package arrived, I received Pea Protein Isolate in Vanilla. I initially assumed there had been a rebrand and that I’d simply ordered the same product under a new name. After opening and tasting one of them, I realized it wasn’t what I expected and reached out to the team. I explained the situation, took responsibility for the mix-up on my end, and politely asked if they’d consider sending two containers of the Organic Vegan version as a one-time goodwill gesture (I was happy to return the unopened container).

Patrick’s response was prompt, professional, and incredibly generous. He immediately sent a replacement order for the two vegan proteins and reassured me that tracking details would follow shortly (or they’d follow up within 24 hours). No runaround, no hesitation, just clear, helpful, customer-first service.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and treats customers with this level of care, even when the confusion was mostly on my side. Patrick and the Transparent Labs support team turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one. Highly recommend both the products and the people behind them. I was reviewing my order, and I found a mistake on my behalf. I contacted customer service via email and got my order fix with a great and fast response. I been a customer for since 2007 and I will continue to buy from them .

Awesome costumer service and excellent products

If you want pure clean product, don’t take my word for it. Check out AI. It tells you how good this product is how pure it is for example, their protein everything that they say that’s in it and how good it is gets a 97 point review meaning it’s 97% pure, where are you gonna get that? Don’t believe me check it out yourself I don’t care what company it is. This company is the best has the best products and they stand behind their products very well. They also treat their customers with respect. If you have a problem let them know they take care of it promptly efficiently the orders are on time. The Customer Service is amazing. I will continue to buy it from these people forever I’ve never found a better product and I’ve been in the lifting world for over 40 years and I still able to stand with the best.

I recently ran into a in inconvenience regarding my subscription with the company ,Reilly really went above n beyond to represent what the company stands for n that’s Product service n value , she hit all points n gave me a solution that most supplement company won’t even offer , if you consider getting something this is your sign

My order got lost in the mail, so I emailed customer service on a Sunday to report the issue. Monday morning had a response from Reilly and he had another canister on its way that day! Great customer support and speedy resolution 👍🏻

The entire company is legit. While at times they are so transparent that it seems gimmicky, they really mean it.

I mean who messages all their subscribers who already payed and offer them the same Memorial Day discount as the new subscribers! They also had to increase prices recently and sent out an email explaining that. But they would keep current memebers prices fixed provided they don’t cancel. I mean who does that anymore!

Also, they post regularly their quality reports for all products, they have the right version and dosing of supplements (Not the case anymore for Thorne Labs).

Additionally they send out info monthly in ways to get the most out of your product workouts and life. Just an amazing company!

I’ve been using their protein powders for almost a year now. I’m still trying to find the flavor that works best for me. In that process, I’ve found some (like plain) that don’t mix well or taste good. But I’ve also just tried Cocoa which so far seems like it mixes well and may have eliminated the harsh stevia aftertaste that generally accompanies their flavors. I’ve tasted 5 flavors so far. The reason I stay loyal to this company in spite of some challenges? First of all it’s very high protein and independently tested. More than that, they stand behind their product. I’ve had more than one bump in the road, and they without hesitation honor their guarantee. I hate to take advantage, but at the same time they’re helping customers find what works best for them, in order to be lifetime fans. So many people this day are short sighted, looking to make money on one transaction, regardless of how it might affect their business. Not these guys at all! I’m beyond grateful for being valued, and will in particular say that Brandon has been an amazing help to me.

One challenge has been getting timely support responses, but even then that feels like a result of how their customer service is set up, rather than anyone not caring or trying to brush you off.

Overall given these above minor issues, I’d give the company 4.5 stars.

I was very happy with my purchases, the grass-fed whey protein and their magnesium glycinate. Their protein powder was delicious and their subscription program is very well run. I received a notification of my second delivery and was able to have the delivery date moved ahead due to needing more. The magnesium is working just like it is supposed to. I would recommend this seller

I've been buying whey protein powder for weightlifting for about 20 years. Transparent Labs is as clean as anything I've had. The powder mixes in a shake really well. I've also had a great experience working with customer service on a shipping issue. The subscription program is easy to set up and modify as needed. I'll be buying only Transparent Labs protein from here on out.
