Transparent Labs Anmeldelser

Top-Notch, A-1, Second to none. Just a few ways to describe the customer service experience that I have received. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have 7 subscriptions. These products are outstanding in quality!
Transparent Labs is a Real Class Act.

I was listening Dr.Jonathan Schoeff's(Longevity mogul) reel on you tube about creatine and he was holding TLCreatine HMB in his hand. Here in this part of the word Pakistan 🇵🇰 I never heard of HMB. So I ordered Creatine HMB in june. I also ordered Preworkout Bulk and hyderate( weather was scorching 45C+). I received in july after wait of approximately for 3-4 weeks. Initially i thought it would be run of the mill.TL Supplementsdramatically improved my strength, energy. I feel like cognitive behaviour shift from negative emotions to very positive 🙃.
I am in my early 50's and in our part of the life expectancy is 65 -67. And I feel quite younger . However I also follow workouts routine and nutrition. I am big fan of Dorian Yates as a bodybuilder and influencer, his DY blood and gut and protein I used and other available supplements in pakistan which a I use for my gym goals they all are good but TL is greatest I'm my opinion. As I directly order . Very few online stores off TL Supplements here in Pakistan. Full Marks.

This is my first time ordering from Transparent Labs. I saw their clean ingredients and was like, Should give it a try.
But its been 4 days and I haven’t even received my protein yet. Considering the price that I am price the delivery experience should be much better
I will update the review once I get my protein and taste it

Been using their protein powder for years. It’s the best one out there. Their customer support is also very very good they even gave me a free tub of protein when I forgot to cancel my next auto delivery!

I received water damaged creatine and can’t get them to respond to emails. I’ve sent 3 with no response. I cancelled my subscription and will no longer purchase from them.

Love products. Recently came out with vanilla bean protein. I was excited. Unfortunately, it tastes more like watered down French vanilla. Bummer. Guess I’ll go back to French vanilla. Otherwise, great all around.

They claimed to be transparent but EVERY item contains Natural Flavors!!! Tasted so gross too and avoid the coffee unless you like chunks in it

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered collagen peptides - flavor caramel, received on a Sunday (unfortunately the flavor was not for me), and by Tuesday after contacting customer service they had already had a new unflavored shipment headed my way.

They now have a customer for life! It feels great to be appreciated and valued as a customer and Transparent Labs demonstrates that from start to finish!

I been trying to cancel for months
no body ever answers my emails
or phone calls horrible customer service

Extremely responsive, helpful, friendly, collaborative and customer centric. Wish more companies would take a cue from TL.

They ship to slowly, their shipping is ridiculous compared to other companies like them and they charge shipping that would allow much faster. Overpriced and think they are bigger than the game like so many supplement companies in the past that are no longer going concerns.

I was not satisfied with the initial product I purchased. The customer service team, specifically Matthew, was so helpful with replacing the product so I could try a different variation that I might enjoy. Regardless of whether the new product works out, I give the customer service 5 starts

I made a mistake with the ship to Address. Kiera and her team assisted me and made sure I was completely taken care of. Great and prompt customer service. Thanks Kiera!

I had an issue with a protein and they took swift action, offered a replacement and no issues whatsoever. Not only are the products amazing but so is the customer service.

Transparent Labs went above and beyond when I accidentally missed my pause on the monthly subscription. Not only did Reilly act with total professionalism, but also refunded me in full and told me to keep and share the product with friends and family. It was so refreshing to have a company understand the mistake and be so forgiving.

I have a subscription that I paused because I was traveling internationally and when I came back home I unpaused and accidentally duplicated my order. I emailed within the day and Colin and Reilly were able to resolve this problem within the day! Not too many places these days have great customer service and great products - will definitely be cautious on next order haha. But nonetheless will be back.

NBP: Nothing But Praise!
Their products are undeniably top notch. From the ingredients used to third party testing TL comes through with the highest of marks in my book.
So what could possibly be better? We've all experienced frustration with other companies customer service, but TL's customer service is truly the best I've encountered anywhere. This is what a supplement company should be and TL is the out-in-front leader.

I ordered the Stem-Free pre-workout supplement and I had a reaction to it. I contacted the company and they were very helpful with my concerns and even agreed to send out another product that didn’t have the ingredient that caused my reaction. I’m very happy and pleased with the assistance I received from them. I highly recommend this company because they stand behind their products and are committed to making sure that your are satisfied.

Long time customer always looking for best suplements on the market and Transparent Labs is number 1
I always come back when I need to
And thanks to Brandon he always helps in solving problems
Best regards
Piotr
