By far the cheapest in the market! Customer service was very helpful with my request. I noticed on the site that they usually deliver to the site with a 28-ton lorry. I made them aware that this wouldn't work on my street, so they arranged it to be delivered with a smaller vehicle at no extra cost. I will be returning to order more insulation for projects in the pipeline. Ordered on Friday was delivered Tuesday.

Purchase decision based on best price compared to 6 other online retailers. Delivery was 3 working days. Couldn’t get WorldPay to work online so used PayPal after ringing up for some helpful, friendly advice. Delivery was from a local building supplies company to me who rang to advise delivery. Tracking was accurate & available via text messages. Delivery driver helpful and friendly too. I received 5star service - many thanks.

Great delivery quick good driver good communication value for money price

One of the best prices online, easy order process and free shipping (over a certain price). Delivery booked for a couple of working days later. Would have been better if I'd had a forklift but who has one of those, if it's not a building site. Driver slid sheets off while I staked, probably not in his job description. Recommended company.

Great price, delivery was exactly as requested.
4 boards were so damaged on receipt but these were replaced the next day and the delivery driver was great unloading the boards as I was incapacitated due to a bad back

Great price and good range of products, easy to navigate website and ordering easy . Great delivery driver who went the extra mile to deliver as close as possible. Unfortunately I was not aware of delivery date which had been advised by email as the mail went to my spam folder but the driver coped with my surprise and was more than accomodating.
