Great quality! Have my eye on so many things! I love love everything from this company!

Lauryn Bishop was such a huge help with my questions regarding dimensions and shipping. She was very friendly and professional. Exceptional service!

We bought two black velvet chairs for our living room and it was such a wonderful piece. Very sturdy and elegant. We are happy with the product overall and would definitely look to buy from the store again.

My daughter's birthday was around the corner and I had delivered this exact bed from a different website (wayfair) which was more expensive. Wayfair canceled my order TWICE. So I was desperately looking for the same bed , I have never ordered from this website so I was worried. After speaking with a representative/ looking @ their Instagram/ & looking at reviews, I was convinced. The representative answered all the questions I had & put my mind at ease! Thank you !

Had a great experience with customer service agent Lauryn. I needed to make some changes to my order and she helped me through out the process. She was very kind and kept me updated. Also, the items I've received are all great quality. Would definitely shop again!

Outstanding Customer Service from CHASE! She was amazing! Did everything as possible to ship my products as quickly as possible. Love the products, quality, style and prices!!! Fell in love with my first order, that I haven't stop ordering from TOV FURNITURE!

Great customer service! Beautiful and well made furniture. Super happy!

I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience whenever I shop at TOV. From the quality of their products, to their Customer Support Representative, Stephanie! Stephanie, you’re simply amazing. Thank you for being so helpful and quick to respond to my emails.

I bought two things from TOV so far - a super cool long fringe lamp, and a concrete side table, both in black.
I am very happy with the products, the communication and the customer service. The designs I bought were postmodern and very current, more so than I could find elsewhere. The prices are very reasonable, and I think great quality for the price point. I am not looking for heirloom furniture here. I think TOV does a great job at what they do.

I love my new furniture and it was very simple to place the order.

This 5-star review is for Dean in Tov Furniture's customer service department.

Dean was absolutely wonderful in helping me return some furniture pieces that unfortunately arrived damaged (there was a large crack along the side of the furniture and the drawers didn't line up / close correctly). He was very kind, helpful and patient in answering all of my questions / addressing my concerns. His communication skills were top notch and I am sure he is a star at Tov and will be wherever he may find himself in the future.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish from Tov and their shipping company. Ordered dining chairs. Even better than expected. And delivery was smooth and easy. Based on my experience, I am pleased to recommend Tov Furniture.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking to purchase for a client, the product was priced well, available and shipped out same day. When it was received it was not damaged and packaged well. Clients love the two ottomans and they are perfect for their space!

Amazing shopping experience made even better by the quick and efficient customer service. Answers are quick and Tom point and no aggressive marketing. They’re nothing but helpful. The most refreshing shopping experience I’ve had. Too good to be true. But it is! Both good and true!

I love TOV. Ive ordered from them twice & have been 100 satisfied with their products.

Customer service is very quick to respond and take care of all questions and concerns. Very professional

The worst quality and customer service I have experienced.

The online chat answered by question in less than a minute saving me time waiting in a queue on the phone.

Faith helped resolve an issue for a customer promptly and professionally. I'll continue to buy from TOV because of their quality products, uniqueness in design, impeccable customer service, and their follow-through and resolution to any issue.
