Best client service I’ve ever seen in the furniture business

Wonderful customer service! Very responsive and helpful. I ordered a set of dining chairs that were exceptionally high quality and design, and can’t wait to receive my next order!

Stephanie, the wonderful woman that helped me order my furniture, is amazing!! She was sweet, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! She made my experience easy and fabulous! She deserves a raise!! :)

We had a special situation with a deadline that required a lot of back and forth and last minute changes and I would just like to say THANK GOD for Savee, who was our contact throughout all of this. She was so, so, so helpful, so kind and I felt like she genuinely cared about providing the best service she could. She took what could have been a super stressful situation (for me) and made it an excellent experience. If I could give 10 stars I would, just for Savee alone. I am 10x more likely to order from TOV Furniture now that I know that if I had questions or needed something, they'd go above and beyond with their customer service. They were flexible, fast and understanding.

We had an issue with the item due to shipping, and Tov suggested several options, one of which ended up working out fine. Satisfied with the experience and Mariela, our customer service contact in particular.

I ordered a table from this company over 3 weeks ago and it’s honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a purchase. Before placing my order, I called to confirm that using stairs wouldn’t be an issue. The agent assured me it was included in the White Glove delivery service. They use a third-party delivery company with awful availability, and when delivery day finally came, the team couldn’t bring the table up because it didn’t fit in the elevator. It’s a 10-foot table, you’d think someone would’ve had the common sense to plan for that. Now they’re telling me I have to pay an extra $200 for additional manpower and wait another 10 days to get it delivered. That’s over three weeks past the original timeline, which is completely unacceptable. At this point, I don’t even want the table anymore, but returning it would cost even more because they charge a 20% restocking fee plus return delivery fees. The whole process has been a nightmare from start to finish.

Horrible quality, comparable to low-tier Wayfair or Amazon products. This does not warrant a premium price point. For a young brand, your lack of accountability and poor customer service is deeply disappointing. I purchased a $1,100 chair that broke after limited use, and your team offered no refund, replacement, or meaningful assistance. This is how brands destroy their reputation — I wouldn’t expect this one to last long if this continues.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company! Their customer service policies and processes are horrible. They sent me a defective product and when I tried to get two new screws from them, which were clearly identified and the only screws that came with the product, they made me fill out a form, email back-and-forth with them five times, send them a photo, and then send a video of me trying to screw the screw in, which was impossible to do given that I live alone and I needed both hands to screw the screw.

I made the mistake of buying counter stools from them at the suggestion of my interior designer. The cushions for them are horrendously ugly, do not look like the website photo, extend far beyond the seat of the chair, and have no ties and no way to adhere to the chair so they fall off constantly When I inquired about returning the product, you have to pay a 20% restocking fee plus they can’t tell you what the shipping fee is going to be for five days, essentially encouraging you to keep the product because it’s more expensive to send it back. In addition, shortly after purchasing the items, they went on sale. In lieu of returning the defective product they gave me, I asked if they would honor the new sale price by giving me a price adjustment and they said no.

I wrote to their customer service and told them of my dissatisfaction and that I had to go to Home Depot to buy a screw myself because it was easier than dealing with their “customer service“ department and they said while they appreciate my feedback, they will continue to demand photos and videos from all customers.

Kianna went above and beyond helping me with my order. She was incredibly kind, patient, and proactive every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who truly embodies everything you hope for in customer service knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I’m so grateful for her support and would highly recommend TOV!

I bought the bookshelf with a file cabinet drawer, but it arrived without the hanging rods for the file cabinet. When I contacted customer service, they told me the rods would have to ship from overseas and would take approximately 2 months to arrive, or they could refund me $50 and I could buy hanging rods on Amazon with two links they provided. I chose the second option because I wanted to be able to use my file cabinet ASAP, but the rods they suggested did not fit the drawer, and neither did the second set they suggested. At this point, I contacted them to ask for the original hanging rods. They said they couldn't provide them because I had already been refunded the $50, which meant I was accepting the furniture "as is." After going back and forth, customer service offered to invoice me $50 in order to send me the hanging rods, and told me they would still take two months to get to me. After all the time & money I'd spent trying to find a workable solution, this was an insult. I'll never spend another dime at this company, and I strongly suggest you don't either.

I had ordered the Dune sofa, and it arrived without the leveling feet. This was for a client project, that has a scheduled Photoshoot. Kianna at customer service went above and beyond, expediting shipment of the feet, which ended up getting lost, and Kianna took a pair of feet from a floor model so as not to hold up the project. Her quick ingenious thinking was such a breath of fresh air.

The colors of their lamps are different on-line than in reality. They will charge outrageous restocking fees and will not pay for returns, Please be wary of this company.

I do not normally order items online, so I was very concerned as to the quality of the product that I would receive as well as the promptness of the customer service. Working with Stephanie in TOV's customer service made my transaction so quick and easy! Her promptness to emails was impeccable! She went above and beyond any other customer service I have ever worked with. In addition, the dining room chairs that were delivered are not only stunning and comfortable but also sturdy. I will definitely order from TOV again!!!!!!!

This Company is Garbage. I ordered Dining Table and they send me twice Damaged Legs and I was told that they can’t send me 3th time same Leg and advise me that I can repair my self. Big time Garbage Company. Shame on You . Please do NOT shop with TOV.

Terrible! They will tell you your order will ship in 1-3 days and then it will be weeks of waiting. The truck my order was on broke down 3x. The worst part is they did nothing to make it right for the delay.

KATRINA AND CHLOE ARE INCREDIBLE! My order came damaged and i was so exhausted from moving i didn't want to add another item on my to do list. They both worked so hard to rectify this situation and made me feel so seen and heard. Wasn't going to order from TOV again if it wasn't for there and I just placed my second order today. Customer Service is not easy and these girls deserve more stars than offered.

Their customer service was great! I had a lil inconvenience with one of my couches and called customer service and the response was amazing. It was fix quickly, now my living room looks stunning, if you want to bring luxury to your home these are the best couches. Thanks TOV FURNITURE.

I ordered a cream-colored velvet storage ottoman which arrived with defective material. I sent photos of the damaged velvet to TOV customer service. They told me to purchase a steamer and steam the ottoman as it was only "wrinkled". What?? I told them the problem was not wrinkles, that the velvet is discolored in patches and some of the pile is missing on one side of the ottoman. They then told me this is normal! I told them I think their company is shady and that the photo of the ottoman on the webpage shows no defects in the material. They treated me very poorly and when they knew I wasn't believing their nonsense they told me they would take $15 off the price. I would not accept this as they had already upset me, and because the ottoman cost almost $200. I found their offer to be insulting. If you decide to purchase something from TOV just be aware if the item arrives damaged or defective the company will deny the claim and they will not stand behind their products.
