I would HIGHLY recommend this company if our technition who came to support us with an ariel replacement on 16.06.2022 is anything to go by! He went above and beyond and no question was too silly! He was incredibly reassuring and presented his expert knowledge with ease and to the detail that I needed. He also did all of this in sweltering heat and made sure that he left us in a better state than when he'd found us! Absolutely brilliant! Thank you SO much CT!!

Excellent experience yesterday with Malcolm from TSG. We weren’t booked in until the 28th June but Malcolm managed to fit us in yesterday (19th) which was fantastic and so much appreciated. Absolutely lovely man who is very professional and knowledgeable. He solved our issues without any problem at all. We also really enjoyed chatting to him. We will definitely keep his card and if anything needs doing in the future we will definitely be giving him a call. Would highly recommend.

Malcolm was incredibly helpful and helped us to get exactly what we wanted, persistent in solving any issues to get there as well. I would highly recommend his services and he will be the first call I make in the future if we require more work.

Charlie did a great job installing our Hive alarm. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the system, and carefully considered every aspect of how to deploy it to the best effect. He was courteous and took care to hoover up plaster etc after the drilling. Thanks!

Our engineer arrived on the due day and couldn't have been more helpful or informative. He set up the aerial for us, installed the television, ensured that it worked and that we understood the system. He was polite and friendly - altogether excellent service.

Mark called me first thing in the morning to let me know what time he would be at my house. He arrived at the time he had given me. He explained what he was going to do and even pointed out another house saying that's how my aerial would look. He fitted a new aerial as discussed and left all the cables neat and tidy. He set up my new BT box linking the TV and surround sound speakers so they would all work from 1 remote control. He explained how to use the remote control. He was clean and tidy, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help today. Your a STAR

I contacted TSG thinking that there was a problem with my external aerial. The customer service advisor helped me check all the internal connections and re installation of the channels on my TV. The problem was resolved and he saved me paying for an engineer visit. He was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Can't thank Chris enough for the time he took to find the best location for our ariel in a reception blackspot especially given there was an awful lot going on on site today already. Very happy wife although not sure about your Tipping point recommendation 😂

I needed a replacement Mast which was efficiently and neatly fitted by Craig. The new Mast has given me a significant increase in connection speed due to being a better device and better located, so very happy! - thank you TSG Ltd

Dean came and installed (what was not) an easy installation. Difficulty in accessing certain areas and working around existing construction work etc, he was absolutely superb. Professional, helpful and very friendly, he made an already very stressful day a much more pleasant and easier day for me. His work is of excellent quality and he explained and showed me everything as he was doing it or had just done it. He thoroughly explained how things work, how to work and use the app and the settings on everything and cleaned up as he worked. The drill holes from inside to outside were done so neatly I struggled to locate them in the first instance. He also gave me some excellent advice on how best to use my security system and little tips and tricks that have come in so useful and helpful. I would, without a doubt, recommend him and his company for their excellent service. Thank you Dean.

Having lived in the property since December with extremely low speed Internet (a lot of the time we have none at all!) Craig has been a total of 3 times to help fix the issues. On his last trip he successfully made a HUGE difference! Speeds went from 4.64 to a staggering 87.7!! We couldn't be happier! Took a while but got there in the end and we really appreciate the fact we can watch Netflix again!
