Ordered a cartridge for my home printer - Website had a very easy layout and showed me all my choices compatible with my printer type and at good prices. Made my order expecting it to arrive on Monday...Turns up Saturday earlier than expected and the cartridge was a perfect fit and works brilliantly. 2nd order and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Great prices and great customer service. I ordered these cartridges over the Easter weekend and they where sent to me the first business day they where back and I recieved them quickly. Cannot fault this company.

They would not replace a toner cartridge which did not fit, because the packaging had been opened, despite the product being brand new and unused. In order to find out that it didn't fit, I had to open the packaging and try to fit it. I am therefore stuck with a new cartridge which is of no use to me whatsoever. Their only concession was to offer a voucher for a further cost price purchase instead. Would I use them again? No, once burnt etc...I'll stick with a local shop, who in the same circumstances would have simply exchanged the cartridge for the correct model. Choosing a compatible model online is not always straightforward, and despite searching against the exact model number, I still somehow ended up with the wrong product. It's just not worth taking that risk if their return policies are so inflexible.

I have used Tonergiant in the past and they have always been very efficient with deliveries. So easy to order, and responsive if a problem, such as delivered by throwing over a 6ft gate.

I had a problem with 2 compatible toners leaving ink splatters on the page. I contacted Tonergiant and spoke to the very helpful Josh, who said if I supply pictures of the fault plus a bit of other info, then they would get replacements organised. I had the replacements the next day, so am very impressed with Tonergiant honouring their guarantee. Would recommend for a good value toner supplier you can rely on :)

I received my ink cartridges but one was damaged.
I phoned and spoke to a fantastic apologetic lady who sent me another but that came damaged even worse.
I believe the post person tried to push it through my letter box and caused the damage. I put a note on my letter box, only letters and fortunately the third replacement looks a lot better. I haven’t tried it yet but looking at it it looks in one piece
