I've been using tom tailor products for 10 years now, and this is the first time I've bought a product on the official website. I am very disappointed in the shipping method. Although I made the purchase from Spain, the shipment should be from Germany. It has been 3.5 days since the delivery order was placed, and the UPS carrier company has not yet started delivering. The Christmas and New Year holidays are ahead, and given the carrier's irresponsibility, I have lost hope that I will be able to receive the goods before Christmas. If I could cancel the order and the money would be refunded instantly, I would cancel the order, but waiting 2 weeks for a refund is the same as waiting 2 weeks for an inadequate UPS to wake up and decide to deliver the goods. The shipping cost is 6.95 euros, shipping at this level should be free.
Dear seller, check the UPS rating on TRUSPILOT, the carrier's rating is 1, that is, the lowest. This is the first and last time I buy an item on the official website while you are cooperating with UPS. By cooperating with UPS, you degrade YOUR services
