I won’t be a repeat customer
I bought some tees in a promotional offer ( 5 for £50 ) well it was the worst fifty quid I’ve ever spent. The tees were priced individually at £25 so I thought the offer was amazing but I tried them on upon delivery and they fit perfectly and set them aside for an upcoming holiday . I wore a couple of them on holiday and after washing they shrunk beyond the usual 3 to 5% which you’d expect from a cotton garment but these shrunk by 2 sizes and now fit my wife . I’m afraid to wear the other tees as they might go the same way. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I was way beyond the date to return the garments. I realize they may have specially bought units to sell in the sale/offer but I expected the quality to be better from T M Lewin . So I won’t be a returning customer, I’m not seeking compensation or a refund I just will not spend my money on this brand again as I have reached out to customer support and they asked to send photos etc however I’m too hacked off to jump the usual hoops of emailing back and forth and taking pictures etc . If I wanted disposable clothing I’d shop at a cheaper store.

As somebody who is 6'9" tall, clothes can be a nightmare.
These were good value and delivered quickly.

Good overall experience but watch for quality
Used to swear by TM Lewin. First time ordering from them since the original business went into administration. Bought 7 shirts, combination of twill and poplin.
Quality: The twill is softer and feels a more premium shirt, but costs the same. Fit is good. I opted for slim fit and for my body shape they’re tailored and smart whilst comfortable and not figure hugging. My only concern is the construction of the collar, they don’t create a sharp fold after ironing, more of a gentle roll at the top where you fold the collar down. Not an issue with TM Lewin of old. Will see if they improve after washing.
Price: can’t argue with price. After discounts, £30 per shirt is very reasonable and competitive to similar brands.
Delivery: shirts arrived within the delivery window provided (3-5 days), well packaged.
Too early to say if the revitalised TM Lewin have achieved the same quality to price standard as the predecessor but overall a reasonable experience.

Good, not as great as they used to be
I have worn T.M Lewis shirts, for work for over 20 years. Over the years the materials used for their ‘formal’ shirt feel somewhat less in quality and also lack in colours (red pin stripes) , BUT, I I am a loyalist, and will remain although Charles T are banging on my door!!!!!
