Stephen Boyd has brought to an end a situation, spanning several years of a timeshare misery.
His professional and hard work has brought to end a situation where we were scammed, not once but twice, in our effort to exit the problem timeshare.
We are still receiving phone calls from the scammers, due to our information having been shared illegally, but now we have the confidence to just put the phone down on them.
He had supplied to us all the necessary information to confirm that we are no longer liable for any charges and has also successfully negotiate a Sec75 agreement with our bank for the return of the money paid to the last scammers.

Having dealt with numerous solicitors over the past 30 year, for conveyancing, probate, business matters and commercial litigation, I can honestly say that working with Stephen Boyd has been unlike any other experience. It has been a genuine breath of fresh air.

Solicitors are often viewed negatively because of their charging methods, with every minute seemingly recorded on the clock. That has not been my experience when working with Stephen since October 2024.
