Stable door supply and it
I am very pleased with the quality and look of my new stable door. It has enhanced my kitchen and also prevented drafts. It has exceeded my expectations and I would like to say that the fitting service was excellent by the company in question, Overall a 5 out of 5 thank you.

We had our new door fitted on the 2nd of October , I can honestly say this is the best door we’ve ever had fitted, it just says quality ( Door and locks) as soon as the protection are removed. Would I buy another one? 100% I would.

Fantastic company!!
Fantastic company! Service has been topnotch from top to bottom. Efficient, friendly and helpful service and the quality of the door is fantastic. It’s worth noting that the company used to install our door on behalf of Timber Composite were a company called Martindales. Martindales are equally as good and their service was fantastic.
A great all round service and a quality product. Couldn’t be happier. So good in fact we have not ordered our front door to be replaced immediately after having the back door done. Highly recommend!

The installers were friendly courteous…
The installers were friendly courteous and most importantly done a very good job . My wife and I love the doors we will probably have 2 more to do next year , customer service was excellent and prompt with all our queries and changes dealt with in a totally professional manner

The whole process was easy
The whole process was easy, quick and efficient. We had a slight problem with the glass in our door which was resolved without any issues. The communication and friendliness of the service was excellent. We love our new door. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent quality composite door
Excellent quality composite door, excellent finishing and excellent booking experience. Price was lower than other many companies in the market and I have saved in my order more than £250. More details: after I made the design through their web, i choose to pay via monthly payments and in a few seconds I got approved, then I paid £60 deposit, received confirmation emails, then the following day i received call and email to confirm the survey date, then once it was done, I received email with the final design and specifications to confirm it, 5 weeks later I got the door with fully installed in about 3 hours. I used to have pvc door which very old more than 20 years and we used to have cold air coming from the bottom and we can hear every sound and noise outside of our house, now, with this new door, our house became very quite and very comfortable atmosphere! Really appreciate this company; as they showed us how they are very professional and very organized with their system and process until delivery the product.

Order and Installation of Composit Door
Having contacted Carla at Timber Composit Doors (TCD) for advice, she assisted my wife and I in completing the online door order process. We naturally had a couple of queries and Carla was at the end of a phone to assist. We placed an order and the process was efficient from the start to the installation.
TCDs works closely with Martindales (Installation Company), The joint administration between both companies was faultless!

Unfortunately the fitters damaged my…
Unfortunately the fitters damaged my car during the installation and I only noticed the damage as they were reversing off of my drive. I reported this to Martindales straight away but their response has been extremely poor. Based on my experience so far I would not engage with either party again and would urge others to avoid.

I am so sorry to hear of the issues you have encountered with your installation. Please be assured this is being treated by both Martindales and Timber Composite Doors seriously and is being handled by management.
As I understand, you have advised that your neighbour has CCTV which shows the incident happening, Martindales and we are currently awaiting this to be sent over so it can be assessed and the next course of action discussed.
In my whole time working with Martindales, I have never seen damage happen to a customer's car, so for that I can only apologise.
Once the video is sent in, I am confident this will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Had a newfront door fitted 5 years ago, recently there was a slight fault on either the locking mechanism or the lock, both were swapped out without any quibble or fuss and I'm a very satisfied customer.
