Tile Supply Ltd 

I placed an order on the 25th November and recieved my order confirmation. I tired phoning an hour later.. then two hours later and left a voicemail as I wanted to amend my order. I then emailed and phoned again... it is now the 2nd December and I have had no phone call, no email reply or no order. I have tired cancelling and keeo checking ky bank to ensure money isnt taken. Awful service

Found these people looking for tiles - I placed 1 order, then deciced to place a new larger order taking advantage of the free shipping on orders over 150.

I e-mailed to Cancel the first order. No reply!
I also applied for a trade account - No reply!

I tried to phone up regarding the 2nd order as it never shipped - just got 3 different recorded messages - the 2nd message sounds like the woman has a sock in her month telling me to 'press 0 for customers services' who seem too busy to pick up even though I'm no. 1 in the queue..!

The 2 to 3 days came and went and no sign of the second order - e-mailed to Cancel, and yes, you guessed it - no reply!

Totally useless! Still have no idea on the order status 1 week on from placed them!

After reading a few good reviews I thought I would order a sample tile. Tile ordered next day delivery on Saturday, which if placed during the week before 10:30 am it will arrive next day. I am still waiting for the sample tile exactly a week later. Emailed twice and had no response also called but was on hold for a good while. To top it all off I get an email asking me to rate their service on trust pilot. Not a good service in afraid.

Quick to take money, didn't deliver tiles, 3 days trying to contact them, they were ordered before the aledged flood, reported to credit card company as a fraudulent transaction.

Ordered tiles they said were in stock, the delivery date was missed so i contacted them to ask them what was happening, to be told that they would not have stock till January, meanwhile they had taken then money from my account anyway. I instructed them to refund me and was told this would take a few days... A week later still no refund i contact again and get told it takes up to 14 days for a refund... 14 days passes still no refund... Still waiting for a reply

Rubbish service would not ever consider using again or recommend to an enemy!

I ordered tiles on Monday 17th November and website said in stock and delivered within 2 - 3 working days. got email next day saying processing and thought everything ok until didnt hear anything back for 48 hours. Emailed me on 20th November and said had to order them in and they were due in tomorrow. No repsonse again from them so emailed again on 21st asking when can expect them and they replied same day saying definately coming in on Monday and will send out next day delivery. I emailed Monday to see if had arrived and that they were still scheduled to come Tuesday. No repsonse emailed yesterday, no response, rang today answerphone twice so emailed. Website now shows flooded and closed until further notice. Customers not informed and they have my money and i still have no tiles. BUYER BEWARE, SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Ditramat was significantly cheaper than the only place I was able to buy it over the counter, and was delivered next day with no issues. Speedy, efficient service.

Reasonably priced, fast delivery and well packaged

I ordered samples of two tiles: both 200 x 200. I received one 150 x 150 tile with the corners broken and chipped, and one one tiny offcut about 2 cm square - hardly being enough to check the colour. Neither tile was labelled with the reference number.

I ordered two m2 of metro tiles and on completing the order was expecting to be stung on the carrage costs like other companies do as i live on the Isle of Lewis. No such unreasonable financial request was asked of me and i proceeded to checkout expecting an e-maill the following day telling me that as i live on the edge of the world "we only deliver to the mainland uk or there would be an additional cost" etc, This never happened and the tiles arrived promptly, very well wraped, intact and looking great.
Overall a truly great buying experience of a very good product and i can thoroughly recommend this company. Many thanks.

Ordered 10 bags of tile adhesive on Friday and paid extra for express delivery which states 1-2 working days. Stated on order that site was open between 7am and 5pm, builder called on Tuesday as he was locking up as no adhesive had turned up. Spoke to [name] at Tile Supply who couldn't get hold of the courier but said it would be there before 5.30pm that day, so asked builder to hold on. At 6.40pm, courier still wasn't there. Left [name] a voicemail on the Tuesday evening explaining that my tile guys wouldn't have any adhesive and my builder had stayed on site for nearly two hours which wasn't on. The adhesive showed on Wednesday morning (2 bags ripped so not accepted) and I did not receive a call back from [name] in response to my voicemail which is bad customer service. I received an email Thursday basically saying they had a cut off of 10.30am on ordering and that was that. Wont be using them again, will just use the price promise at [external reference]!

Tile Supply prices are very good value supplier. We did have some problems with delivery as we received an e-mail advising us that the tiles would be delivered the next day which wasn't convenient for us. We contacted Tile Supply straight away to let them know the situation and to their credit they re-arranged delivery to a more convenient time. It was a shame that someone hadn't contacted us initially. If we hadn't checked our e-mail then this could have been a problem as I understand you can be charged for redelivery. Apart for that we are pleased with the product and the service received.

Couldn't find convenient size packaging in grout of two colours in any DIY Shed................................................................I did with Tile Supply and it was here in 2 days. Wish I had known about them first. Colin Evans

Even with courier prices on top, much cheaper than anywhere else. really good quality products, at low prices, definatley use again.

The matting is great quality and the product was delivered quickly but the courier service was awful. Apparently there was a message left for the courier service to call me prior to delivery (I had not requested this). While at work, the courier rang me. My phone was on silent so I didn't answer it and a message was left. It went like this "I'm supposed to ring you before I deliver this but you aren't answering so I'm leaving the parcel on your door step!" This was left at 11am and I didn't get home from work until 7pm so for 8 hours £225 worth of matting was sat in broad view on our front door step. It was only luck and good neighbours that resulted in it still being there when I got home! I would be nervous about using this company again unless I knew I would definitely be in at the time of delivery.

Ordered samples which is a great idea to see the tiles before you buy in bulk, just what I wanted, lovely quality tiles

Telephoned for advice on chosen tiles and very helpful response received. Excelleny delivery with no breakages! cannot fault tiles now they are fixed.

Ordered tiles for my kitchen. While I was initially worried the tiles will not be delivered on time, I contacted the customer service and was kept informed. I even received a call to confirm that my tiles were waiting to be picked up by couriers and will be with me as promised! Tiles arrived this morning, flawless delivery (received a text to give me a delivery slot) and on top of it all, the packaging was well secured. If i need tiles again I go where to go!
