Worst customer experience every! I had used them previously and although were fine then this time, no response, no products or communication. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered product online on 16th december.. Nothing has turnt up and zero communication has been achieved through email and telephone.

They have £250 of my money and i have nothing to show for it except for an email linking me to this site kindly asking me to leave a review of their service.

Done.

I have still not received my delivery of tile ordered and paid for on 15th dec 2014 now being 1st Jan 2015 after being told it would be five working days

Waited 2 weeks for delivery of 9 sq m of tiles. Eventually emails started coming in: your order is on its way. Soon a box arrived containing 1 tile !! Are they going to send them one by one ? Called customer services, the guy was unconcerned, said oh yes i see we sent you a sample by mistake. I'll get your order sent out for Tuesday. Refused to refund my delivery charge even though they had stated 2-3 working days for delivery. He interrupted me every time I spoke, wouldn't listen, and was rude. Steer clear. - very unprofessional..

We ordered some tiles from this company and travelled up to teignmouth from plymouth to collect them. However when we got there the shop was closed, although on line it stated the shop was open!!! We have tried to phone them and it goes straight to answer phone. According to shops in the area, this is standard practice for this company-we have still not heard anything from the company!!! Do not use!!!!

Fast delivery very well protected.

Ordered some Mapei grout on 8th December. Website says 2-3 days delivery. On 18th December I gave up and cancelled the order and went to DIY store. Wondering just how long the refund will take now. I would not recommend this company .

No Refund, No response via Telephone or email. Gave up on them. Credit Card company now refunding within 48hrs. Recommened anybody in dispute with this Shower just go straight to their credit card supplier and get refund that way. If you used a debit card still worth ringing your bank, they will be able to help but will take just a little longer to refund you.

Prompt service and delivery. Competitive price. Would definitely use again!

I received 80 tiles and 37 of them were broken. I can see from the condition of parcel that the tiles were already broken when they were packed. The outer packaging was in good condition but somehow inner packaging was completely damaged as almost it was dorroped and draged around.
I couldn't even put broken bits together. Some of the broken bits were missing out of the box!

The customer servis is very slow at responding and very unhelpful + rude.

I wanted to tile the bathroom before Christmas but now I have to wait till new year.

Service was quick and very well packaged. Excellent.

Delivery was efficient and very quick, the product was well wrapped and of excellent quality. I would recommend this firm for quality and service!!

Ordered 6 lots of Mapei two part floor leveller. Cheapest price I've found in the UK, fast palleted delivery and dispatched quickly. Brand new stock too, not shelved for months. Very happy, will use again! Wish I knew about these guys sooner.

Ordered some mosaics from this company. I ordered the sample first and then paced the full order.

Not only was the price almost £200 cheaper than a well-known retailer but the service was far better too.

I will make this company my first point of call for any further til eprogrammes

Placed an order for samples online, only to find out next day that the shop was closed till further notice. No tiles arrived , no phone contact and no refund...

Maybe alright, but I haven't received the tiles ordered, what do I do next???

for example; on the 27/11/2014, I purchase two item one from Poland and one from the UK in London through Tile Supply Ltd. It take's two working days from Poland to be delivered, with phone calls an emails to confirm date and time of their delivery.

it,s been 5 days now and no phone calls are email a date for delivery, what make it worst there contact number is a charge for service which they don't answer for one hour trying to get through to speak to someone

Made an order on the website a week ago money taken straight from my account then nothing. No reply to emails, no answering the phone nothing. Just hoping PayPal can get my money back

I ordered tiles and paid via paypal, I have had to get them involved to try and recover my £160.
The web site is still taking orders and payments but after the initial automated response I have been unable to contact them. Their website states they have had a flood and are closed until further notice.
