I purchased tiles from Tilemountain twice & have been very satisfied with the quality of tiles. Had small issue with the small damage to some tiles and the customer service was very prompt in the response as well as sending the replacement tiles ASAP after taking the bare minimum details.
I would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

Excellent customer care. Had a few floor tiles broken at the ends. But this was sorted out within the hour by Misbah. i received a discount on the broken tiles and kept them as still usable for the job i am completing.

I contacted Tile Mountain after running out of floorboards right as I finished my project. Samantha was able to help me order the one additional pack I needed and arrange shipping to my address in NI. The shipping fees to NI were far higher than the cost of one box, but she was able to charge me the fee for 'up to 15kg' which helped save me £40 in shipping! Thanks again Samantha, really appreciate it.

This was my second time I bought floor and walls tiles for my two bathrooms from Tile Mountain. Tile were delivered on time, however few tiles were broken. I reported their support team and I must say that I am very impressed by their team who responded promptly and sent replacement tiles straight away without any charges. Misbah was very helpful and I am very grateful to her who sorted things out for me without any delay I am genuinely happy with Tile Mountain and would highly recommend it to others. I will definitely do more shopping from them for my rear extension.
