TileBar Anmeldelser

Tile Bar was fantastic with their selections and options. I loved that I could purchase samples which made it so much easier to make decisions when designing my kitchen.

Would have given a negative review if possible. Spent almost $600 with the company and received a $28 credit once the product shipped back. Word of advice, do not spent your hard earned money with this company.

The site is easy to use especially the “see it in your space” option. The choices were good - a nice variety. The prices were good especially sale items which I ordered. The order completion was easy. Communication with tile vendor and delivery truckers was good as well. We had some shipping breakage and Tile Bar customer service got another box to us quickly so no delay on job. The quality all around was good - very pleased with installation by our tile guy. Would definitely recommend Tile Bar.

Here at Metaphor Decor we do a lot of projects that require tile. Theres no question Tile Bar has the most gorgeous selection. Tile Bar is always new and exciting. My rep Jason is always responsive and works with me on budget. From the most artistic tile, to the basics, Tile Bar does not disappoint!

My first order of 12 x 24 tiles arrived broken, it took about 3 weeks and me emailing and calling to even get a response, finally a replacement order was sent, these too were broken. Again, it took multiple attempts by me to get a response, finally a refund was issued and I bought similar tile elsewhere. The customer service experience with tile bar was terrible. Nice people but very ineffective, I shouldn't have to pursue you for a response. Won't have to worry about me again.

Ordered couple times samples from TileBar. They have an amazing selection of tiles with good prices for the quality. I received samples packaged very well and much quicker than I expected.

The tile selection is amazing! I love the 5 samples for $5 too! Super fast shipping and such a cool site……my favorite feature = alcoholic drinks being made with different tiles in the background…….great marketing!

excellent staff...reliable delivery, great selection. Really sense of competence.

I ordered several samples for the backsplash in our kitchen. They had a huge selection to choose from and they came very quickly. They were well packaged and almost exactly how it looked in the pictures. I would definitely order from them again.

I bought 2 oversized Tropez Foliage Blanco tiles from TileBar. The tiles are beautiful in the all black bathroom I placed them in as the STARS of the show! The order process was simple, questions answered, and even the packaging and delivery was thoughtful.

Great product, good pricing, wonderful costumer service.

I've only ordered samples and so far I love them! I am hopeful to use this company for my house build and I'm in the shopping around mode. So far, they have the most unique and beautiful tiles I've found! The customer service was also amazing when I had to call with a question about ordering samples - I'm excited to work with them when I'm ready to order for entire bathrooms!

I am well pleased with this company. Everything was a go! The samples, the order I placed after the samples and the quality was great. No problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks!

Great selection, fair prices and quick shipping! Accurate order and description too--really can't ask for much more!

I am shopping for a bathroom floor tile for a room with an existing bath tub surround and countertop. Ive had carpet there for far too long. The Romanesque looking existing tile i still love. Tile bar made it easy to shop samples I could lay next to my existing tk see how f the color and texture coordinated well. It took a dozen or so samples to find the one. The subtle color differences between similar samples really showed up in the rooms light.

In addition to sample orders, I have placed two full tile orders for a bathroom project with Tilebar. The samples were simple to order, low cost including shipping, and very helpful for finalizing my choices. The quality of the tiles I ordered for the project was high--something handmade in Spain. The first order was shipped quickly at a flat rate with no damage. The second order contained a few damaged tiles, but Tilebar's response when I reported the damage was very prompt, and they shipped out replacements to me right away, resolving everything within 1 or 2 days. I find Tilebar excellent in every way and feel confident ordering from them again for a future project.

Super fast shipping and accurate amount of recommended times and grout!

I placed a large order with Tilebar.com for tile for two bathrooms and my kitchen backsplash. One of the tiles was on backorder and it was not certain when it might be in stock again. They were very helpful in discussing alternatives and getting the new order processed. The tile arrived on time (1500 lbs of it), nothing was missing, broken or amiss. My tile guys loved working with it and I LOVE the end result.

The Green Los Lunes tile are absolutely gorgeous!!!! We just redid our kitchen and have green cabinets on the bottom and light cream on top and this tile fits perfectly. We wanted a country type kitchen look and this tile brought the whole thing together.

Ordering samples of tiles made the experience of choosing exciting and fun. I felt like a kid in a candy store when my tile samples were mailed! Seeing the tiles firsthand was far better than Choosing from photos alone. What great customer service they gave! I was so impressed!
