Good features, great support

All support tools have the same features now. What I really like about Tidio is they also provide good support themselves. I was having trouble displaying the chat button on my website and support helped me fix it in no time.

Not the best experience!

I cannot get this to show up on my website. I sent emails and opened up multiple tickets via the chatbot. I received one rude email from Carlos saying "I emailed you back. Please check your spam".

Finally, I schedule a call to chat with someone before our plan renews and 3 minutes before the call Carlos cancelled. Come on Carlos!

UPDATE: Carlos reached out and fixed my problem! Thank you!

Tidio is a scam

Tidio is a scam. They doubled my rate without notifying me and chargied me for an entire year. I then tried cancel and they would not refund. I am trying to cancel without a refund now and they still won't cancel the account. Pretty sure they are going to try to bill me again at the end of the year. Stay away!

Great customer support and easy-to-use live chat tool

Tidio is a very user-friendly and reliable chat platform. The setup process was quick, and the integration with our website worked smoothly. The live chat and chatbot features make it easy to connect with customers in real time. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question.

One small area for improvement could be adding more customization options for the chatbot design. Overall, a great experience and a useful tool for improving customer communication!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. No response for 2 weeks. And they offer a customer service platform!! 🫣 I booked a meeting with a Krzysztof Czapliński from the Customer Satisfaction Team & he couldn't even be bothered to attend.
What a joke. Avoid this company.

Bon chat mais gare aux augmentations à 40% de plus!

J'ai été très satisfaite par la performance de Tidio. Bien sur le PC mais très bien sur smartphone. Interface très épurée et facile à lire, notifications immédiates (je suis en France), je n'ai jamais manqué un chat sur numerosympa.com. On peut lire à l'avance ce que le client est en train d'écrire, c'est la la seule fonction sophistiquée que j'apprécie et qui m'est très utile, les tickets, analyses et bot, je n'en veux pas. Récemment, ils ont ajouté l'AI et des suggestions de réponses qui me dérangent lorsque je tape une réponse : je n'ai besoin que du chat avec le client et rien d'autre.

Pourquoi cette note alors? Parce que le plan mensuel est passé de 35€ à 59€ sans même nous prévenir.

Very poor support

Very poor support. An AI company selling AI... good luck getting some help.

They have even withdrawn our account and will not give sufficient reason or sufficient time to plan a for support / replacement.

Highly unprofessional.

Do Not Use Tidio - please read the review!

We have been a customer for seven months.

Hours of time on boarding in terms of the application itself but also changes to our website to incorporate Tidio and staff training on it's nuances.

Today they blocked us with no notice. Saying something like one of our FAQs was in breach of policy.

So we have had no customer support without realising - as they notified by email.

They have no number to call. And their AI doesnt help. Their 'emergency' email has a 24hr SLA.

We have spent £1000s on the application already. It is a complete shambles.

Update 23/9 in response to their comment.

Firstly - Tidio if anything we are saying above or below isn't true please sue us.

We were never notified of any violation so to state we we made 'multiple violations' either isn't true or was handled by Tidio inappropriately.

All we know is our account was suspended. We still don't know what the violation was and have asked multiple times.

I will update some photos of the how emails are ignored despite multiple follow ups. I will ask here and see if it helps. We have asked over a week ago and followed up multiple times for:
- a copy of our contract.
- Information regarding Tidio's regulator and operational jurisdiction - which was promoted to us as being UK
- A breakdown of the amount refunded to us once our account was frozen

Tidio is a subscription-based service, and only the project owner has the ability to select a plan and its billing cycle (monthly or yearly) during checkout. These subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and they can be managed at any time in your panel by going to:
Settings > Billing.

We also regularly send notifications about pricing updates or plan migrations, although we're sorry if the message didn’t reach you as expected.

We got suspended twice in a month after 3y relation.
No one is able to answer. very bad customer support !
Forget this tool and use the competitor.

We categorically deny having violated any of your Terms and Conditions. The fact that our account was fully reinstated after your own in-depth investigation proves this point. It had been wrongly flagged by your automated tools, without any valid explanation — something we still do not understand, as no one at your company has been able to provide us with a clear or personalized answer.

What we experienced was nothing more than a robotic and opaque service, with no accountability. This is unacceptable, especially given that we were not refunded while being denied access to our account for no reason.

The reality is simple: our business handles significant traffic and, naturally, complaints may arise — this should trigger a dialogue with the company concerned, not an automatic suspension without explanation. The very least a professional partner should do is to investigate thoroughly and communicate openly before taking such drastic measures.

We are disappointed not only by the unjustified suspension but also by the lack of transparency and the absence of proper customer support.

Nightmare

Nightmare. I wanted a simple chatbot to answer questions and redirect. You have to click the bot every time to get an answer; it doesn't automatically populate. You can only do 3 links in a block. Their own live chatbot Lyro can barely answer any help questions and then sends you off to support that doesn't get back to you. Going to try and find something else. What a nightmare and waste of my time.

Absolutely terrible user experience

I have multiple accounts, and every time I try to access an unused one, I get stuck on a page with no way to go back, switch accounts, or even log out. It feels like a deliberate scam tactic—trapping users with no escape just to push engagement or ads. This is a horrible user experience. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm done with your service. We don’t have time for this kind of manipulation.
