They were patient and helpfull and as long as you have what they are asking for then they will process your refund i would recommend using them they were great with me.

Swift Attention
Being in our 70's and 80's, it was reassuring that we could claim our money back for a concert, which we were unable to attend, due to my husbands ill health.
Every step was straightforward, and someone was at the end of a phone to guide me in the process.
Once I submitted all relevant documents, our claim was successful within 48 hours.

My experience with TicketPlan has been very bad …
My experience with TicketPlan has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I submitted a claim after being unable to attend an event due to a serious medical condition. I provided clear and genuine evidence, including confirmation from my GP regarding my severe asthma, along with supporting documentation and screenshots. I also made sure to provide all required information through my bank when they attempted a chargeback, but that process was also unsuccessful.
Despite submitting everything requested and clearly explaining my situation, I felt my case was not properly understood or fairly assessed. Communication throughout the process felt slow and unhelpful, and I was left without clear guidance on what more I could provide.
Given the seriousness of my health condition and the evidence supplied, I expected a more supportive and transparent approach. Instead, the overall experience left me feeling ignored and frustrated during an already difficult time.
I would encourage the company to improve their communication and the way they handle sensitive medical claims, as customers in genuine situations need to feel heard and supported. such a joke this company

A great option in case you need it.
The initial purchase was simple and a full explanation of the T & C’s was given.
The process to make a claim was straightforward and step by step instructions were available. The method to claim was clear and the responses were all within the stated time period.
Nobody wants to have to make a claim on insurance, but to have Ticket Plan for such a need is a great option to have.

Seit März warte ich auf eine Rückerstattung meiner Tickets. Zum Tag der Veranstaltung war ich leider krank. Dieser Krankenschein wurde ordnungsgemäß an Ticketplan gesendet. Als Antwort bekam ich eine Mail auf französisch. Diese im Übersetzer bedeutete, ich sollte den Originalen Krankenschein senden...
Ich wand mich an den Veranstalter bzw. Ticketio. Sie wollten sich kümmern. Es ist beim "wollten" geblieben.
Zur 90er Party konnte ich nicht, da ich krank war und nun auch noch das Geld eingebüßt.
Sie können doch nichts versprechen, was Sie nicht halten können.
Ihre Pflichten haben Sie nicht erfüllt, im Krankheitsfall mein Geld zu erstatten.
Warum bezahlt man dann für eine Versicherung?
Nie wieder, in Zukunft bezahlen wir an der Abendkasse!

They were really reposnsive. Even called me to check all details were correct. Refund payment went through no issue and quickly after contacting them. Which makes a change from other places where sometimes these things an drag out. Great customer service

Refund was swift and hassle free
Being ill and losing out on a theatre trip you have been looking forward to is upsetting. Loosing the money as well is even worse. I’m so glad I paid the small amount to ticket plan when I booked. The refund was processed swiftly and with no hassle.

Good costumer service.
The booking process was easy and clear, received all the documentation via email promptly.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to ask for a refund. The company accepted my extended proof of my circumstances and they agreed to refund my ticket. Once everything is good again, I will definitely book again with them.
