They were patient and helpfull and as long as you have what they are asking for then they will process your refund i would recommend using them they were great with me.

188120 (Ref No) Fabulous service. Due to an emergency operation, both my partner and I had to cancel our tickets and request a refund. The whole experience was very straightforward and I received my refund within a week. Highly recommend securing an eligible booking with TicketPlan. The staff were also extremely helpful and understanding.

It was a tedious experience
It was a tedious experience. I got sick and couldn’t attend an acting workshop in London and it was treated as if I couldn’t go to work for a month! I had to get a medical report from my GP just to get a refund. Then the system was hideous this time! It was so difficult to upload the documents there. It is made extremely difficult so that people give up on the refund application process. Obviously! So unnecessary!

Quick no fuss service
I had to apply for a refund and the online application process was very simple and the staff were very understanding and processed my refund very quickly and with minimal fuss.

After many genuine screenshots and attempts to get my refund Ticketplan state they are not regulated so they don’t have to do anything they don’t want to. They don’t want to pay out - have nothing to do with this company.
