The review concerns the concert dedicated to Vasilis Karras on June 13, 2025.
The event poster simply stated 7:00 p.m. There was no mention of when the doors would open or anything else about the arrival time, with the result that many people (including myself) gathered outside the venue from 5:30 p.m. in unbearable heat, with the organizers who were there informing us that the doors would open at 7:00 p.m. at approximately 7:00 p.m.!!!!!! The only positive thing about this was that once the doors opened, entry into the stadium was fairly quick.
When the concert started, the monitor on the main stage did not show any images from the main stage, so we could not see the singers, but this was rectified after about 20 minutes.

Their queue system is awful. 2 days of waiting to get a ticket and their system with no reason kept resetting my place in the queue. This happens when there are monopolies. Awful company, awful services. Just a disgrace. I prefer not to attend any concert ever again ,than getting tickets from them. Stay away from them for the benefit of your mental health

Unacceptable! Waiting in the queue to purchase tickets the first time and before payment it brought an error. After thrown to the queue again and waiting for 5 hours I got restricted access. For a separate event we got charged 3 times for the same tickets. Better close it you are worthless. Never again!

3 minutes before it was my turn to shop tickets for a concert, suddenly I’m being kicked off the site and back to the queue.

Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 αστέρια θα τα έβαζα. Άθλιο σύστημα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, πλατφόρμα πραγματικά άχρηστη. Είμαι μπροστά στην οθόνη 3 ώρες και έχω μπει σε 3 ουρές και τελικά καταλήγω χωρίς ούτε ένα εισιτήριο για έναν αγώνα ποδοσφαίρου. Κάθε φορά το ίδιο πράγμα, το μόνο που μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν αποτελεσματικά απ' ότι φαίνεται είναι καμιά συναυλία 10 ατόμων.

Δεν είναι δυνατόν ένα δήθεν σύστημα με ουρά που έχει 1+ ώρα χρόνο αναμονής να καταλήγει να μην σε αφήνει να πληρώσεις τις επιλεγμένες θέσεις, τις οποίες μια αποφασίζει ότι είναι διαθέσιμες μια όχι, μια εμφανίζει το στάδιο άδειο, μια όλα διαθέσιμα, όποτε και ό,τι του καπνίσει που λέμε.

Εάν δε μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε το μόνο πράγμα για το οποίο σας προσλαμβάνουν οι οργανωτές καλύτερα να μην ασχολείστε. Φτιάξτε τα συστήματά σας ή αφήστε το καλύτερα, μη μας κοροϊδεύετε.
