Less than zero stars. This is literally the worst service experience I have ever had. It’s a shameful and wholly ridiculous state that a ticketing agent cannot actually do the job of being an agent. If you have a choice get your ticket somewhere else. 8 days of constant lobbying for a 5 minute request for help. I feel desperately sorry for the people who have to work for these narcissists.

We have never been to this theatre but it was as good if not better than bigger theatre’s. The theatre is a small theatre but very spacious and beautifully designed for all people even elderly. The production was one of the best I have seen it could have held at the capital or lyric theatre’s and not done any better it was amazing. I cannot fault the whole production and crew, cast we all had the best night. Thank you to all

The ticket I purchased apparently was for standing seats and only tigers fans… my 7yr old was told he can’t sit with us unless he puts on my jumper…. Pretty disappointing it should have a highlighted condition before I could purchase those tickets.

Well organized event! Performers were amazing!

Sorry but Jimmy Barnes was overrated. We packed up and left early. Not as early as some though. I tried to stay but couldn’t. Enjoyed the other acts. Was not a patch on crowded house show. Should have extended Jon Stephen’s and Birds of Tokyo.

Forcing me to download the Ticketmaster App to collect my tickets is the reason for the 1-star rating. Tickets should be available via my account on the Ticketmaster website. Personal data is collected from mobile phones whenever an app is downloaded, and I do not consent, but was forced. I deleted the app straight after the show and won't be using Ticketmaster in future if I can help it.

Was fairly easy to book tickets. Information re putting into Wallet was good. Reminders were great.

So easy to order on line. Great follow up by email prior to the game so I was prepared. Using app to enter stadium was so easy 🙌

Once again as Legends Members we stuck up on level 3
right at the back when there were plenty of seats on levels 1 and 2. Also we were all bored out of our brains watching pre game a years old replay when we could be watching Freo v Brisbane in real time.

We loved the Youi Fan House Experience, it was honestly the best way I have ever experienced a game. What let us down was the lack of directions for us first timers of where to go and then upon entry the cash registers not operating for us in order to purchase drinks for some time.

It was something wrong with scanning?back in to the ground at half time it wouldn’t let me in

It was a great production, not a typical Disney show but very well executed

The process was all very simple, smooth and easy. It helped make the whole experience totally enjoyable.

Ticketmaster communicated throughout the lead up to show, it was very helpful

I had to rebook new tickets as I made an error in the dates. I was able to get another 2 x 2 unsold seats and Ticketmaster gave a me warning that I may have booked twice, which I hadn’t but I appreciated the notice.

Easy to follow instructions and the tickets came through when said. The seats were described accurately and will buy all my tickets through Ticketmaster Australia

I changed bags for this show - from a larger than A4 bag that I use daily to one that was smaller, as per the email I received before the performance. A lady who sat next to me had a large tote bag - why have any mention of bags when you won't even check or enforce them?

The show itself was excellent - I really enjoyed it. As usual your booking fees are way over the top.
