I had lost my phone, Xazal helped me out with my sim card setting new device and showed me everything I needed to know. She was patient with me as im elderly and supported me with everything.

I just want to say how helpful jamal was today in the Wimbledon store. I went to store with a slight issue as i did not have roaming in my package and didn't know my options and he advise me with all options and this resulting in me staying and upgrading with 3 . Great knowledge and very polite

Excellent Service from Omar
I went into the store just to have a look at the current phones on the market. I’m not a Three customer and had no intention of taking out a new contract, but despite that, I was given a warm welcome by Omar. He took the time to go through the best options available and even looked over my existing contract from another network.
What really impressed me was how honest and informative he was. Omar pointed out ways I could save money if I decided to switch to Three, and I’m now genuinely considering it — even though I still have five months left on my current deal.
Great customer service, no pressure, and a genuinely helpful approach. Thanks, Omar!

5 star for Omar who politely assisted me whilst on my travels from Scotland. My phone had died and my power bank was not charging my phone with the cable I had.
He checked it out for me recommended which cable I should buy as well as offering for me to charge my phone with the charger in the store.
What amazing customer service I received.

Sim for roaming. No problem.
We were attended to promptly and efficiently. Adwaith was very helpful and solved our roaming issue with a payg second sim card which he installed in my wife's phone. The Wimbledon shop always offers excellent service.
