Phone upgrade
Came in for an upgrade due to issue with charger, she explained the different options and also that I could upgrade and pay off my other phone and take a new one. She was informative, kind and chatty and easy to speak with. I've walked away with a new phone and I couldn't be happier.

Superb service from Rachel today
Superb service from Rachel today, I came in for an issue with my mobile and she helped me massively. I'm now up and running and she also helped me change my contracts over to business. Couldn't recommend her enough. She explained everything perfectly and im so pleased I came into store.

I had a problem with my mobile screen
I had a problem with my mobile screen, went to the St. Helens branch, they tried to merge my account with Vodafone but with no success, then I was advised to go to the Warrington branch in Golden Square and what can I say but wow, Nathan the assistant manager was more than helpful, he went above and beyond to get my problem solved, he is a pleasure and I highly recommend this store.
