I had really wonderful
I had really wonderful. Lady.Andrea! Helping me buying a new phone. And also. She helped me to set up everything on my new phone to ready to go!I been so stressed as my old phone was broken but. I'm leaving the shop with all positive experience!

I have been Extremely Frustrating Experience with Phone Delivery and Customer Servicea loyal Three customer for…
I have been a loyal Three customer for many years, and I have always trusted the company to provide reliable service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
I arranged a new phone contract at the Walthamstow store, with delivery due on Saturday 13/09. The delivery was delayed, then reported as lost by DPD. Since then, I have spent countless hours on the phone being passed between customer service, the sales team, and the store, without anyone taking responsibility or providing a clear solution.
I was promised a replacement phone within 48 hours on multiple occasions, only to be told later that an investigation would be opened. Recently, I received an email claiming the phone had been delivered—but I have not received it, nor have I been given a valid tracking number.
At this point, I feel completely stuck. Both my wife and I have been long-term loyal clients, and I had hoped that I could rely on Three to support us, especially as my business is growing. This experience has caused significant frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
I am sharing this review in the hope that Three improves their communication and customer service processes, and to warn other customers about the potential difficulties in resolving delivery issues.
