Craig and his manager amazing Service
Craig and his manager (Richard) were fab! Highly recommend been with T-Mobile and then EE for such a long time, everyone knows the price of contracts are ridiculous! I was recommended Three popped in and was given 2 costs by Craig, popped back to EE and they couldn’t get anywhere near the price! Highly recommend not only the customer service but the prices are fab!!

We had a fantastic experience at Three today with Lewis. We needed help with several contract changes and had a number of queries, but nothing was too much trouble. Lewis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout, and we’re absolutely delighted with our new phones.

Super Quick and Easy!
Went in for help with Broadband and was helped out by Lewis. Really easy, quick process and explained all our options quickly. Didn’t upsell or try to give us the most expensive plan, just told us exactly what we needed. Super happy!

I had an absolutely brilliant experience at the Three store in Livingston Centre, thanks to Lewis and Sean! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and we had a proper laugh with some great banter throughout.
They went above and beyond to find me the best Black Friday deal, which was so good that I switched from Vodafone on the spot without a second thought. They explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and genuinely cared about getting me the best value.
If you’re looking for top-notch service, unbeatable deals, and a great chat while you sort out your mobile plan, I can’t recommend Sean and Lewis enough. Fantastic experience!
